Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast could be until 11.00 (currently it is only until 10.00). They could send the code to the garage in advance so you can park straight away, but also other hotels don't do this and you can park elsewhere for a while. We had no wardrobe in our room, for our shorter stay it didn't matter, for longer stays it may be missing (but maybe in some larger rooms it is).
We chose the location based on the destination of the trip, but it is an excellent location. There is a tram stop next to the hotel which will take you directly to the centre (or to the nearest metro). The metro stop is within a 10 minute walk. There is a supermarket close to the hotel (within a 10 minute walk). Small shops are closer. The hotel has its own covered garage. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The prices of refreshments in the hotel are reasonable. The hotel is apparently fairly new, at least it looks new. Everything is clean and looks like new. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Although it is close to the tram and the motorway, I can say that it is a quiet location. We couldn't hear anything in the room from the outside. The windows are good quality and the curtain created perfect darkness even during the day. You can sleep until when you want. The bathroom modern, the shower clean and the water flow strong. I have nothing to complain about the hotel. We unfortunately did not try the breakfast. The hotel has a keyless password only mode which is convenient. For the price we paid in Vienna, which is not the cheapest city, this is a good choice. We were very happy in the hotel.

The hotel is very commercial, they charge extra for everything, for example, we wanted to pick up the room at 12:00 noon and they asked for an extra fee for this.
The hotel staff is very helpful. The hotel is very close to the metro and train station.

The Google maps has to be re-setting. There is a really close tram halte but every time the maps tells you to go to the far tram halte.

There were no Refregerator in the room، no bottle of water you have to drink tab water , no tissue and bin in the room only in the Toilet .
The staff specially the Indian lady, she was working in the reciption she was great and so frendly, she hellped us alot and this is achance to thansk her 🙏

The carpet in the bedroom was a really horrible texture, wish I had some flip flops or something with me as had to put socks on straight out of the shower!
Very clean and modern, large bedroom with modern bathroom. Great shower, comfy bed. Reasonable breakfast even for vegans. Very eco as not lots of silly individual packets of things. It is quite a trek into town, but there are tram stops just outside and a U line a few mins walk away so not too bad, you just need to be aware. Also there aren’t any shops open nearby later on, so stock up before you arrive if you need anything.

Couldn't hold our baggage until our flight time after we checked out, not horrible but mildly inconvenient

At breakfast the selection of food is very small (veggies and deli meats). In the loft rooms the door stopper is fastened to the floor - exactly where you have to walk to the bed. Put your bag on it to avoid it - I was lucky to have my shoe on.
