Location is perfect, just across Stadthalle. Ideal for people attending concerts or other events. Hotel itself is absolutely clean, nice.... Since we arrived with a car we also reserved a parking. All in all very nice.

Well, its not really a problem, I asked for a parking place in their garage well in advance but when we arrived the receptionist told me it was already full. Just around a corner there are two parking garages (one for Stadthalle and one for the mall) so it was fine.

We came here for a concert so we chose this hotel because it was basically opposite the Stadthalle. Nice and modern room, no complaints. Easy to access.

While not in the city center it is close to bus, tram and metro. Hotel was quiet at all times. The room was clean and serviced daily.

The carpet in my room needs a good washing. A vending machine for late night/early morning snacks, coffee and refreshments would be nice, as the reception where one could get such things has staff 8 AM - 10 PM.

Very good value for money hotel with nice staff. The location is great, especially for events in the Stadthalle, which is right across the street. The centre is a short metro ride away and the airport is also easily reachable if you take the Vienna Airport Lines bus to Westbahnhoff. The rooms are very neat, comfortable and quiet. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't pay for it.

Located next to the Stadthalle and 30 mins walk from the centre of the city. Helpful receptionist. Spacious room, clean and well appointed. A quiet place to stay, even with the window open at night. Secure bicycle storage near the underground garage.

To be honest everything was fine.

If you go to a concert in Wiener Stadthale definitely come to this hotel, the entrance is literally 300m away. - easy check in/check out - standard late(er) check out (11:30) - keyless room access - the beds were amazing

Everything was fine.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Location close to center, easy access with U6 or tram. Its walking distance from the center (40 min) if you can walk. We stayed during the Vienna Marathon, busy period, so the price was value for money. A very descent place to stay, we would recomend it.

Nothing to complain about in this good value hotel, Drinks facilities in the room would have been nice but at least they can be purchased from the reception.

Great value hotel perfect for a city break, a little bit out of the centre means its fairly quiet and its well serviced by Public Transport. It is walkable to the museum district (30-40mins). Very friendly staff, we didnt book breakfast but the dining area looked nice. The lack of room key in favour of a pass code was new to me, but soon got used to it, Out of hours access felt safe and secure.

The entrance in the parking lot is really tight, a lot of cars scratched their front bumpers.

Everything went smooth from the check-in to the check-out, the room was decent, clean.

I was feeling very unwell and asked to be checked in a little earlier. I was refused. They should introduce an early check-in function. I was willing to pay to check in early. But it's not on the menu. So I had to suffer on the couch in the lobby.

The breakfast is poor.

Perfect location if you come for a concert in Stadhalle. Conveniently situated in proximity to metro station and bus stop. The room is basic but clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good.
