Good location and cozy room

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is cosy with all the amenities you'd need for a short stay. It's also just a 5-minute walk away from public transport. One extra benefit is the fact that there's a shopping mall just around the corner, so you'll basically have all your needs covered without having to go too far.

The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. Towels were changed daily. The bathroom is clean . It is a quiet area with very kind staff quite close to tourist attractions and restaurants. After 22:00 you receive a code with which you can enter the hotel. The quality-price ratio is very good.

The pillow was so soft, and I had to fold it to sleep, and the blanket was small. There were no electric kettles or coffee makers in the room, and each time for a cup of tea, I had to go downstairs and pay 2 euros which makes it not to be a good hotel for staying for a long time.

The hotel was so clean and modern and the room was designed well. The location of the hotel was quite good. By half an hour walk you would get to busy area of the city where most of museums and events are there. Although Vienna is a big city, you had better use public transport that is so convenient. Breakfast was totally worth it.

The room was too warm and we could not control the temperature. There was no staff to help us during check-out/-in

Underground parking road is narrow and curvy - might be a challenge with SUV Beds were soft, but it's subjective

Perfect place for extended weekend at Vienna. The hotel was clean, comfortable with friendly and willing personal. We arrived with a small dog, everything was ok. Next to the hotel is a park, where our pet friend enjoyed fun and walks. Parking slots underground - recommend to reserve in advance. Otherwise there is P+R nearby. Public transport is 3-5 minutes away (underground and trams). Wi-Fi functional, TV, comfortable bathrooms at the room.

While the rooms are quite spacious they lack furniture which would make the stay more comfortable. There is hardly any space to leave your luggage, no wardrobe etc.

There are good public transport locations near the hotel which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The facilities are also in good condition and we had a comfortable stay.

We’re not the carpet fans. Also, minor inconvenience was the lack of space in the bathroom to store shower gel. It would be helpful to have some shelving or a rack for toiletries.

The hotel was well-maintained, Conveniently located within a 30-minute walk to the city center and near public transportation. The room was small but comfortable. The parking garage is a bit narrow, but I had no issues with a mid-sized car.

The furniture in the room was very very basic, and you already know it because this is one of the features of this hotel chain, but a little bit more would have helped, for example where to put the luggage and the stuff (a real wardrobe, and/or some chairs).

Self-checkin wasn't working for most people, and only one staff member so created some chaos. Also, not staffed 24hrs. You could hear the street noise from the room. Pillows could use replacing.

Ideal location for a concert obviously, also close to transit, spacious room, clean and convenient.

There was a very slight smell in the bathroom from what I assume were the pipes, but it wasn't a big deal.

The location was absolutely perfect for us because we went for a concert in Stadhalle. The check in was super easy, entering and existing the room was easy with a code. The room was comfortable and this was the best equipped shower I've ever been to! :D

I would've loved to have at least one small wardrobe in the room, but maybe it's just me.

I loved how close the hotel was from the metro station making it really easy to get anywhere in Vienna! I loved how clean the hotel was and the staff was really nice and helpful. You can self checkin and self checkout at this hotel, which is really nice! The room is big enough and the bathroom as well. The hot water comes instantly even though we were located on the third floor. The heating was good as well, after a frosty day outside the warmth was much needed. Also, I don't know what mattresses they use, but I swear they are amazing! I've slept like a baby the whole stay!! The breakfast is phenomenal! You can choose from a lot of options and you'll definitely not leave the hotel hungry. The parking is really good as well and for winter is perfect as it is located underground so there is no need to defrost your car if it's snowing.
