Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had super nice experience with all the staff but one. There was one guy who was obsessed with cleaning and was super rude as I spilled over some juice in the breakfast counter. He started teaching me how to pour juice when I asked him that there is no more juice in there. It was very upsetting.
As usual, it was value for money. Located a bit outside but with great connection. Very clean and basic cheap breakfast.

Great location and very nice and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was fantastic, not extremely rich but everything was fresh + only high quality products!

I didn't found the automatic distributor (they say it was inside) for drinks and snacks... If you want only a bottle of water during the night, you have to go outside to a kiosk at 10min of distance.
In general, the hotel is ok...

The ventilation in toilet is making noises all night, but it is bearable. And the garage’s entrance is so narrow and steep but this is a common in Vienna for their garages.
It is tidy, clean and near the main public transport stations! Beds are so comforable I slept so good. Another thing I love about this B&B Hotel is an option of self check in and self check out!

The breakfast was a bit poor (no hot meal nor big choice), but it's ok, not a big deal. Funny, that for 1 hour earlier checking they replied, "they r full, but if I pay, early check in is possible". So, being full does not let an hour of help, but for money they r not so full 🤔

unfortunately the bed wasn’t really comfortable.
we went to a concert in the Vienna Stadthalle so the location of the hotel couldn’t be more convenient. Receptionist was very polite and explained how the room keys and garage work. The rooms are big and comfortable. considering it is next to the Stadthalle it was very quiet during night. We didn’t book breakfast, we went to the Restaurant Galaxie for dinner and brunch which is only 3min away (walking distance) from the hotel.

Very good location right in front of the Stadthalle. Rooms were clean and nice, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I stayed here, with our parents (in other nearby rooms). The location is excellent for all travel, thanks to the nearby underground station. Receptionists always available to help and ultra courteous! Comfortable room and spaces, very easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended for visiting Vienna!

My parents and my partner's parents stayed here. The location is excellent for all travel, thanks to the nearby metro station. Receptionists always available to help and ultra courteous! Comfortable room and spaces, very simple check-in and check-out. Highly recommended for visiting Vienna!

The bed is small. It’s less than 3.5-feet-width and the pillow is too soft.
The hotel locates near the tram and train station and the way to hotel is flat enough to walk with a large baggage. It’s quiet at night.

Nothing really. We just wanted a comfortable and convenient stay close to Stadthalle and this hotel offered just what we wanted. Plus, it was not expensive.
We went to a concert that was in Wiener Stadthalle and the hotel was right across the street. Since it was winter it was very convenient because we could leave the jackets in the hotel. It's also a big plus that they offer a parking spot if you reserve it in advance.

We arrived 2h earlier and asked for a parking spot (we were expecting it to be charged of course) but the welcoming was unfriendly, the guy asked his colleague to do the parking reservation, I was rudely told that check-in isn't possible yet ( already knew that, just wanted to leave the car and go for a lunch). Meanwhile they were talking in German between them, he was kinda annoyed and told her that the parking isn't for free ( I know a bit of German), but the rest of the conversation I could not understand - rude to do that anyways in front of an English speaking customer. Made me feel like I was begging for something, in fact I PAID for the stay and the parking (both expensive). Rooms do not have a wardrobe, only hangers and small shelves so I had to keep the clothes in the luggage. Towels could have been whiter, some looked old or not properly bleached. Unfortunately they do not have a mini bar or fridge in the room so you could chill some water .
Location was close to the center, quiet and easily accessible, with a nearby shopping mall. Beds were comfy and the room spacious and clean. They changed the towels 2 times in our 4 night stay, which was nice. It's suitable for a short stay, and I would recommend it for city breaks. Parking was indoors, okay, but pricey (15eur/day). We did not have breakfast, nearby you can find Billa supermarket and get something to eat on the go, like sandwiches, salads, pastry etc. for less money. Overall, the place is nice and clean but too expensive for what it offers.

When we arrived at the property having a parking space pre-booked we had to go in to reception for a code, they did not let us in or would say the code on the phone, had to reverse back from the parking entrance and find a parking spot. a bit too much drama for a code really. Also the staff did not speak English it made it even harder… The reception felt very understaffed to be honest.
super close to the Stadthalle, also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Mariahilfe Strasse. Great location!

It would be nice if the rooms had a small fridge.
