Great breakfast options. Both continental and irish breakfast was offered. Good selection of fresh food. Location is on main street in St.Anton beside all aminities.

If I was being really picky I could only say that an air conditioner would have been great as it was warm weather during our stay but they never claimed to have one and for the price I probably shouldn’t expect one

There few thins obviously, but with all the positive experiences overshadowed the negatives. However, as I mentioned, no heating during the night made it unbearable in the first night as the room turned really cold and I couldn't catch up with proper sleep. However, thanks to the response from the staff, it's not something I'd complain. The only other negative experience I had, for again my first day for breakfast. They have an option to serve you a fresh made omelette as per your order, part of the breakfast menu, but when I ordered, I was told that the chef has stopped making the omelette for the day, so they can't serve me, although others were served. A similar thing happened the second day too, when I was told that due to a high number of guests they're not making the omelette that day at all but then again, 5 mins later, I saw another guest being served an omelette. For all the positive experiences, this was definitely not the kind of Start one would have expected. But again, Thanks to Ted, Jake, and a special thanks to third staff at reception (personal apologies, can't remember the name at the moment), these guys became the reason for all the positive experiences. They're great for a chat, go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, will help you with any information you need and are very helpful. The only one issue I felt and worth calling out as a feedback for the hotel management though, is that it would be extremely helpful, if you can provide a water heater kettle in every room. Currently, we did not have any kettle in the room and talking to Ted I learnt that apparently this is a management decision. It's a basic amenity in every room in all hotels these days, so surprising to see it missing here.

I had a great experience staying here. The property is clean and well maintained, including rooms and the toilets. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The room itself was very comfortable and had a balcony with a mountain view. The additional facilities in the hotel are amazing. I went to the sauna only once during my stay but it was great too. The staff at the reception are amazing and very helpful. The heating in the hotel turns off during night, so it was a challenging first night, but I called the reception at 3 am and they responded positively and extremely politely. I was then provided an extra electric radiator to use during my stay, which literally was my life saver. The breakfast every morning was also great, they have a great range of options available. The location is also great, literally in the centre of the two main lifts Galzigbahn and Nassereinbahn. One can walk either side in less than 10 mins. Also, less than 10 mins walk to the railway station as well. Being in the centre location, it benefits from the numerous restaurants available along the centre.

The Banyan was great. Really well located, good and comfortable bedrooms. The staff were great, very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and the wellness was good. Altogether it worked very well for our group of 50 something skiing blokes.

There were only 11 parking spots and we found out upon arrival that we were supposed to reserve one ahead of time. Public 24 hour parking isn’t far but is a bit confusing.

The facilities were modern and clean! Breakfast and the sauna were a great start and end to the day.

Location is excellent, room was very comfortable with a balcony facing the ski slopes/mountains.

The location was very good. The room was quite spacious - comfortable bed and quite big bathroom. It had a locker for the skiis. It was quite peaceful noise wise, regarding the fact that Sankt Anton is refferd to younger audiences.
