Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandThe only thing we didn’t like was there was some bad smell in the bathroom (it seems that it was coming from the pipes)
The building is beautiful and the rooms confortable. The sauna facilities were also as expected, and more than enough to relax after a intensive day in the slopes. The convenience of having the bus stop at 20-30 meters from the hotel entrance was excellent (The bus takes you for free to St Anton)

ItalyThey said to me dogs are not allowed in the dining room. I left mine in my own room but some other guests had their own there however. A rule should be working for everybody or anybody. The room door can be easily opened from the inside so not so safe if you need to leave a clever dog. There should be the possibility to lock the door by the outside. The balcony is not safe. It has both panels limiting the space for each rooms which can be freely pull and opened. The dog can easily walk around all the other balconies 😃 and you cannot leave safely your stuff. Everybody can reach your balcony from other rooms.

United StatesNot the hotel's fault but it's next to a church that rings their bell 4x an hour and then when we were there on Saturday rang it for about a half hour. It's ridiculously loud since it's about 100 feet from the hotel. If you are not an early riser or are early to bed you should look elsewhere...
Food was excellent, Wellness Spa was incredible - much nicer than I expected. Loved the woodwork and charm of the place

United KingdomThe dinner was quite variable. We had a few great meals, but some weren't good. The salad bar was also too repetitive for a weeks stay.
The room and spa were lovely and the bus ride to the main ski resort was very easy. The fresh bread at breakfast was also delicious!

United KingdomRoom was relatively simple and it was annoying having to catch the bus to St Anton every day but buses were very frequent, regular and very nearby to the hotel. One can't complain when taking a compromise on these things for a cheaper hotel though. Great value overall, would recommend.
Spa was considerably nicer than I was expecting from the photos online. The restaurant areas were also far more grand and impressive than I expected. Service was excellent. Great cocktails. Good value.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, great food and friendly and helpful staff. 5 of us stayed for a week in February 2024. The hotel is close to the ski bus stop, so getting on the mountain was easy too.

SwitzerlandThe only complaint I have was that the hotel really needs a room for kids to play in. We were a bit surprised that a large group of kids were playing loudly in the lobby for hours. We are happy to see kids and families out vacationing, but the lobby/seating area was completely taken over by kids. Moreover, the new dining room does not have a partition between it and the lobby/seating area. As a result, the shouts of the kids echoed throughout this lower part of the building while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. It made for a less than tranquil experience, unfortunately. So, my suggestions to other guests - try to book a table in the older restaurant rather than the new restaurant. And, secondly, if you don't have children or have a sensitivity to noise, only visit this hotel when kids are in school.
The room was large and comfortable, especially the bed. There were two chairs in the room which made it nice to sit and read. The wardrobe had lots of storage. There was excellent lighting in the room. The hotel is charming and there was sufficient parking too. The breakfast was substantial too. We were also very happy they allowed our labradoodle to stay with us in the room. Very kind!
