The room was quite hot at night as there were no fan or ac (the open window didn’t help). There are no lockers where to put your bags in.

The place is close to the train station and public transport so it is very easy to reach everything. The beds were private and clean. The staff was nice.

you must open the main and room door via QR code, for this reason, we've spent our lovely minutes trying to scan our code which was not comfortable at the time

The bed was comfy, the kitchen and common room were big. The staff was kind and helpful. One more thing that I really like, we could put the luggage until 11 pm the day we check out.

the bathrooms were sometimes not clean (especially the bin) one time or maybe twice I couldn't find toilet paper so I had to change bathrooms. I feel they should put some lockers since putting all of your stuff inside your capsule is super uncomfortable (especially if you are sleeping in the upper bunk)

it felt tranquil, I know it wasn't always like that (another girl from the hostel told me) but generally, I did not find anyone in the aisles or the bathroom). I didn't realize but actually, the walk from the center is quite nice (I did it the last night) its a bit far from the center but it's safe and if you are not tired it is quite possible to walk to the hostel

The kitchen was good..but was missing basic things needed to cook...( Salt, sugar and oil) . If these basic things are present any body even staying for 1 night or 2 nights could cook and utilize the facility

The shared kitchen was good...the hostel was good value for money. Just 20 mins to the center by tram.Close to the Tram and subway and grocery stores.

The code on the phone was not always recognized. Because of this, I had to stand near a closed door for 5 minutes.

The only downfall we had was that the door it's kinda thin and you could hear people coming and going all night, but it also could have been that our room was number two and it was right above the front door. I still think this is an excellent place to stay in. The value for the money was great

This hostel is so well thought out. They have everything you need. There's electrical outlets beside the bed. There's storage there's night lights. The q r code for a key is fantastic. The kitchen was spotless. The bathrooms were always clean until a group of high school students came. But the cleaning ladies daily did an excellent job

The lack of lockers in the rooms so I had to lock my belongings in the bed which was really odd. Self service hostel. Fortunately when I needed help the staff at the sister hostel 2 minutes away were extremely helpful.

All was good compared to the price paid

The location wasn't very far away from the centre, transportation in Vienna is very accessible in general. Staff were really helpful, clean sheets and linens were provided. Clean bathrooms, water in shower was lukewarm. Keep in mind that the bathroom, showers and kitchen are shared.

The vibe of the hostel was a bit weird, not super social. Might be because of the style (self check in, capsule beds); you don't talk with people in the room. Also, no reception means there is no control of who's going in and out. You can call to report a problem, but I find it a bit uncomfortable. A guy in my room sneaked in a girl on the first night, and on the second night there was a guy sleeping in the common area... The rooms are small and without lockers. You can lock your bag in your bed, but if you are on top there is space above the bunk bed + if you have a heavy bag might be hard to put it up there. Though there is a locker room downstairs if you really have items of value. Be careful though, it's the kind of lockers that works only with big lock.

I slept really good honestly. There is a lot of space in your capsule, and the beds are comfy. There is plugs and pockets to put your stuff. Everything was cleaned. I was positively surprised by the showers and toilets. Common area is nice and well equipped. I talked with some people there. The QR code system worked well for me: you register online and you get a QR code on your phone to unblock doors and capsule bed. It is a bit away from the center of Vienna but well connected. You can take the subway and the tram. The price was good.

Room 1 (with 3 beds) is on the ground floor near front door, so you can hear people coming in and out.

Great location, if you are visiting Wiener Stadthalle. The bed and pillow were surprisingly very comfortable.

It was way too much noisy after after 10pm until maybe around 3 am in the morning. People who are staying there are soo noisy in the corridors whole of the night

Occasional noises coming from the upstairs apartment. Nothing major, just noticeable.

The hostel is but a short stroll away from Wien Westbahnhof, allowing for easy connections to the rest of the city. Not to mention the shopping centre.

I had no issues. However be advised that the lockers in the room require a thicker lock 🔒 the thin locks won’t work, you need a thicker lock, they sell them at the reception for €8

Everything, the kitchen is great. They have TV in the kitchen area. The girl with the dark hair at reception is very kind and helpful!
