I did book another place to start with. Then they changed me to another location. The staff wasn’t very organized and sure about the beds that were free or taken.

The check-in process was quite easy and straight forward. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The room had enough space for storage. It was also warm inside the room and you couldn't hear any noise from outside.

It was often persons how didn't had a room that was in the kitchen area. One night/evening was it two people how took cocain at the place. Two or more nights was it homeless people how sleept on the "sofa" and took in more people to drink beer or other liques. No information on what number you can call if it is people that shouldn't be there, atleast not with the countrycode that probably most people that are staying need. Should be a note in the rooms or in the room-part of the building so it's not obvious that you are trying to call to someone. Cause you never now what people how shouldn't be there do to you if they think that you are calling for someone. No locker for the bags, needed to look them in the bed and that's not that nice. And you also couldn't lock anything in under the night when you where sleeping. Need to be better on informing the coustumers on how to check in, and that you don't have an reception. Cause almost everynight one of the guest needed to help a new guest on how to check in and inform that you don't have any reception. The kitchen need some new cutting boards.

Close to the metro and main trainstation. Easy to check out, and to check in if you understand what to do and find the booking referensnumber that is from the hostel and it isn't all the time the same as from the booking site. It also said something about the receptions open time in the email you got but they don't have any reception. The kitchen in general was good. The rooms, WC and shower was clean. They have a person from securitas that atleast somedays of the week are going in the facilites at night to check.

Staff is stealing from the guest fridge. Food or drinks and the same people are responsible for the cameras. Way to many spooky people, non guests, using the guest area super small by itself. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

The rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. Beds were smelly and the layout was very weird. The bedsheets were torn and not laid out.

It was dirty, no lockers as said in the booking.com website, so I had to sleep with my luggage in the bunk bed which was the one on top, so imagine putting heavy luggage on your bed via staircase to the bed and sleeping next to it. Also bed was dirty there were some dark hairs, I'm blond btw... The whole night was noise, one guy was all the time packing something with light on... a disaster of a stay

Getting there at 2am and having to make my own bed wasn't very pleasant, not to mention I froze. Should have slept in the airport and saved the money... Wouldn't have made too much of a difference in terms of comfort

We were assigned a room that was opposite to the loo and it was a nightmare. We couldn't sleep all the 3 nights and were rejected replacement rooms when we requested. There is no reception or hotel staff so it feels a bit off. I once called the hotel reception number who said they will send someone to lower the sound and ask people to not make noise but no one turned up. I am highly dissatisfied with this stay!

The hostel was located in a central area, very close to tram and metro station. Had a kitchen which was a plus.

Not necessarily the hostels fault - I don’t know if it’s because there’s not staff present but the other people staying were loud and disrespectful. We were there for 3 nights and each time people were yelling, slamming doors and running around until about 3am. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers

Absolutely fine for a budget option in Vienna - we stayed in a private room and it was spacious and tidy. Shared toilets/showers were clean. QR code access was easy and fuss-free.

There was no wifi for 2 days during my stay and after repeated calls again and again the hostel staff was rude to say that it is a weekend and our internet operator is unable to repair. Then after 2 complete nights internet was fixed. The rooms are very very small and the beds are like boxes. You will feel choked and conjusted in the room. There is literally no space inside. Toilets are dirty with no toilet paper. Some guests were smoking inside the room even though it is written clearly that it was not allowed and there was no one to stop them or tell them to not smoke as it disturbs other guests. I did not enjoy my stay at all firstly because the check in is very difficult with QR Codes of the main entrance and the room and secondly there was no internet at the property. I am so thankful I had a mobile internet with me to help myself. I just can't imagine what would happen to someone who arrives here without internet. They would be completely stuck. Also the rooms were extremely uncomfortable. Bad hostel to start or enjoy your trip in Vienna. You will literally waste your holiday period in Vienna if you come here. And the staff Alex and Marian are also very rude in their behaviour to understand the guests problems. They would literally make excuses or ignore your requests. I would suggest to find another place than selecting this hostel.

People are loud, does not care what time of the day it is, the doors are loud (you can put some stoppers for more smooth closing), in the common rooms and bathrooms is not very clean

Amazing room for amazing price! It was waay better than i expected, everything was modern and comfortable. We didn't have any problem with shared showers and bathrooms, they were always clean (saw the cleaning staff every day) and we didnt face any long queues waiting for a bathroom. I really liked the contactless check-in/check-out process and the QR code system worked pretty well for us, really pleasent stay overall I recommend!
