Goia at reception was very nice, so was Baljidcor at the breakfast. Great coffeemaker machine. Correspondence was punctual & efficient. Firm beds very comfortable. Loved the historic building & location. The baroque church was stunning & very convenient for Sunday Mass & the organ music was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit. Be aware that reception closes early & you need to let them know if you have a late arrival. They’ll leave your key outside in a lockbox, which works very well.

Everything was great but I did worry that our key opened our room door and the two main Abbey doors so if we lost it they would have to change the locks on the main Abbey doors. The hotel is not flash but the room was very comfortable.

Great spacious room with hot shower and comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was great. Check in was easy. Hotel was in an excellent location in the middle of the city. We walked to everywhere from this hotel. The hotel is actually a B&B so is not like a traditional hotel. It is situated in a very old Benedictine Abbey. We were pretty much left to ourselves once we had checked in. We had an actual room key that opened our room and the main door from the street, so we had to be careful not to lose it. Rooms were cleaned daily if needed. We loved the fact that our stay was a little different and not the usual hotel experience.

It was a most wonderful place to stay in Wien. It has everything: perfect location, exceptionality and charm, impression to do not forget, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast. I wish that no one finds this place for us to have the possibility to book it again!

Breakfast wasn't as great as some reviews had made out, but acceptable nonetheless. Extra charge for a room with a double bed seemed excessive

Loved everything. Only thing I can say was lack of TV but I truly didn’t go to Vienna to watch tv.

Location!! Short walk to Christmas markets and landmarks. Historic building with lots of charm. Breakfast was excellent. Parking in the heart of Vienna is very limited and expensive but property offered a discount to help. Thank you.

Nothing really which was negative, maybe a point of improvement could be the towels which were rather small for a grown person.

The location was excellent, super friendly staff, helpful and considerate. Good breakfast with lots of options. Was able to leave my luggage there after I checked out. Great place and will Definitely stay again!

There is no significant negative experience. There are steps and one time the lift did not worked.
