Sheets were not changed when the room was cleaned.

The two receptionists while checking in were very helpful and provided recommendations for the local area. As I was staying for over 2 nights they provided a welcome card (electronic) which allowed me to use the public transport for free. There are bus and tram stops nearby. Being as it is clearly advertised as a budget hotel, it matched my expectations. The breakfast had a large selection and the room had the essentials you need.

I think a fridge or a kettle could have been useful in the room but no issue really. The shower was a tad broken in the sense the shower cord kept flopping over and not staying still in the holder. Forgot to mention it. This is normal stuff, nothing too bad

Soundproofing is not ideal, the stairs access door was next to mine, and I heard everyone passing by. The breakfast was a bit light, but good for the price of it.

Cosy room design, 20 minutes walking distance from the train station, quiet neighborhood. Elevator access to the rooms if needed.

The hotel is a little far from the main station but can take a bus from the main station to reach..

The hotel is quite nice and there is a supermarket very near.. the room was decent for solo traveller like me..

I liked the check in online but it was probably a bit confusing if you are not IT literate. So in your emails you should make clear that it is not necessary to do the online registration or check in if you do not want to.

Breakfast seems a bit pricey so I didn’t try, I am not sure about the taste so no comments on that!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great mountain view from the room. I absolutely love the wooden style interior design. There was a supermarket nearby with a 2 mins walk distance, it closed at 19:30. I got a splinter on my finger and asked for help from the receptionist, the lady was super friendly and suggested me to go to the pharmacy nearby (just 7 mins walk) to look for a cream which can help remove it. She definitely saved my day and solved my problem so I really appreciated her help.

No proper chair to sit on in the room, so i had to sit in the bed if i wanted to chill in the room or read a book. i paid 100 euros per night for a very small room and breakfast. Its oke but consider for yourself if you find it worth it..

Very friendly, helpful staff. Let me park my motorcycle in the underground car park, and added gate access to my room card. Always gets bonus points from me. They also allowed me to dry my soaking wet motorcycle clothes and gloves on the heated ski boot rack in the basement. So in the morning i had dry clothes. They gave several suggestion for dinner locations nearby. Good (paid) breakfast, plenty to choose from.

No A/C, the weather gets pretty hot in Innsbruck in summer. So yeah it was hot in the room. There was a fan in the room, but it was broken. Another thing is the shower drenage. It was so clogged we had to turn shower off every 30 seconds so bathroom won't flood.

The room itself was clean, beds comfortable. Beautiful mountain view from both windows.

Showerhead was broken so it sprayed a lot of water around, almost flooding the bathroom. We didn't receive any information about the free Innsbruck card and received an email about the card when it had already been valid for a day and we'd already bought our own public transport tickets.

Clean room. We knew we booked a bit out of the city center but the hotel was easy reachable with public transport. Nice surprise that the room had a balcony.

The bed was only 180cm long. The sink in the bathroom ist splashing the water around.
