Breakfast could have been richer, but we have been there off-season and the kitchen was closed.

Authentic and cozy place with friendly staff. Although the building is rustic, it was clean. The lake view is superior, the city center is 5 minutes by walk.

The staff is very nice. Even after check-out we were able to leave our bagage at the hotel. So we could explore Hallstatt without carrying it. Even though the building is very old, the bathroom is still very nice and modern.

The location is perfect! The room is really nice and kind. Perfect to stay 1 night and know Hallstatt without too many tourists. Staff and location 10/10 The hotel is inside Hallstatt so you need to arrive by shuttle. Everything is explained when booking at the hotel.

The breakfast was not very good.

Everything else than the breakfast was sublime. The location, the rooms and the staff were dashing - they were so helpful and nice and their services exceeded our expectations! We had to leave early, so they prepared a snackbag for us - copacetic!

The shower was very small- however you can expect that in houses in the mountains Finding the place can be a little confusing- in case you want to find the place use the address mentioned and the entrance is opposite the lake(no need to climb the hill)

Claudia's welcome was amazing. We were informed about basics of hallstat, breakfast, tea coffee etc. Bed was comfortable and the room had a balcony. We were shown 2 rooms and could chose The morning breakfast had reasonable variety to pick from

The service is very good. After knowing that we arrived before noon, the email told us that the room was ready before arrival, and told the room number, which was convenient for us to pick up the key and check in. 👍

Has to climb up 3 floor stair and as the light of the bathroom is automatic, if bath long time the light will automatically off. Need to open the bathroom door again to turn on the light

The bathroom lights work based on censor motion at the entrance so is quite annoying that the bathroom light will turn off when you’re showering half way. Other than that, nothing to complain about this place.

The hotel is very beautifully designed, old structure Viennese house. The staffs are also very helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier as we reach the town quite early. The lake view from the balcony is magnificent and we had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The location is also very strategic, close to bus station and tourist attractions.
