Outstanding Staff and Facilities. The tram and train station are within walking distance. Very helpful Staff with directions. I will be ready for my return. The food and beer were amazing.

Love it, clean and the price is right for me . Location is very good, walking distance to the bus station and train . Bakeries and grocery store are near by the hotel . Staff are so nice and friendly. I will stay here again . It is so easy to ride the train and go to the main tourist center.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly always. Towel had a big hole in it. Pillows are paper thin and uncomfortable.

The room was completely dark, if opening the courtains you could see another window, two metres across, which was really uncomfortable. If we knew this we would have definitelly asked for another room. The room was very simple, a bed, a desk and a tv. We expected a bit more, but it was generally ok.

The location was good and metro station was nearby. The hotel has a really nice garden and a restaurant. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is at a great location. Plenty of good spots you can easily walk in 20-25 mins or grab a public transport. A very good series of cafes and restaurants nearby to explore as well. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good coffee and burgers & sandwiches at the Bar attached. A good place to stay at Vienna !

The shower wasn’t always hot and the heat only worked in the morning so was cold at night

Tram stop oitside and could be at westbahnhof station in less than 2 mins Room very clean and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options The restaurant had excellent food options and good value I felt safe as a solo female traveller and I was able to travel very easily to all the arrractions

It wasn't next to the center but there was good connection to it.

It was clean and quite and cheap enough for the 5th of January. The personnel was very polite and they keep the luggage if you want to.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is located about bit outside the centre, but it is easily accessible by public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful and so is the room, which is really spacious. It offers all the needed amenities and it was a really cozy place. The same can be said about the bathroom. The staff was kind and helpful too.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. Then you have to walk to the 3rd floor. I believe our room was the last one which made it difficult with the luggage. The room does not have a kettle / cups but if you ask in the reception they give you one and they are very helpful.

Friendly staff and willing to help. The location was good, 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The room was quite clean and spacious. The value for money was very good considering the holiday season and the prices of other accommodations.
