A bit far out from city centre and would like to have a small fridge or more food storage facilities in the room. Also would like atleast free instant coffee and tea in the room, that would have been appreciated.

This hotel is highly recommended, I’ve stayed here beforehand and I’m very happy with their facilities , this is one of a handful of hotels in Vienna that I wouldn’t hesitate in staying, their rooms are always top notch, the service and friendliness the staff offers are top notch. Breakfast is fantastic, reasonably priced, the location is super handy, there’s loads of means going around Vienna such as ubahn, tram etc.

We are 5.time in this hotel, rooms are very clean and big, Igor and Nadia from reception is very very polite and helpful, they make our stay more better. We also loved a restaurant in the hotel, very delicious food and everyone in the restaurant is very polite.

Since it was not our first time in Vienna, we were looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city so that it could be more quiet. Public transport (subway) was within walking distance and very convenient to use and move around. Our room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and very well kept. Breakfast was a very good addition to our stay as it was always fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna and we would be happy to return!

the room was small compared with our friends rooms (other 2 rooms), same for the bathroom, and we paid the same amount for the rooms. even the room was clean the walls in the room needs immediate refreshment.

Nothing i can complain about, i would maybe suggest adding potential room service however the restaurant do take away and the staff even offered to bring it up after i had ordered and paid instead of waiting for it downstairs.

The only issue i had was the bed was quite "squeaky" and you could easily hear the next room guests when they were acting loudly.

I had originally booked for 3 nights and last minute decided to add 1 more night. The lady at the reception told me I had to change my whole room for the remaining 3 nights. The category of room was the same so I don't know why I had to change. It was so inconvenient to pack everything up after just 1 night. The next morning, her colleague gave me the same room!

The room was wide , comfortable & clean . the location is excellent it’s 5 min walk to U3 line and a mall and there are many restaurants/cafe & super markets also a walking distance from the famous shopping street Mariahilfer. Also the staff were nice & helpful they offered to keep my luggage for free till my flight time

The single room, the bed was very narrow and not comfortable to sleep in. If I turn in my sleep there was a danger of falling from the bed.

Clarity about how the breakfast system worked, we unknowingly purchased two breakfast that we thought were included in the stay. Obviously it was our fault off not remembering if we booked it or not, but a reminder about the status of inclusion or lack there off would be great too receive at arrival, this was a minor inconvenience and did not bother us a lot but I thought it was worth mentioning. All the best .

The combination of the hotel with the brewery made the experience very enjoyable, great staff and everything from the brewery was amazing.
