The single room is tiny with a very small bed, which wasn't the most comfortable as it started to sink in a little. The pillow was also not sufficiently stuffed. Too low.

Rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice too with a large shower and toiletries provided for. Enough towels as well which was great.

There was some graffiti inside the lift, which appeared to be synonymous with most of Vienna. Other than that, no complaints.

The rooms were very large, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very attentive, highly efficient and gave excellent customer service.

The room was big and clean, and the toilet was really clean. The location was very convenient and very near the Vienna Westbahnhof where there are many different trains (local, intercity, international), tram services, and buses. There is also a laundromat in walking distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was $19 euro which is overpriced in my opinion, and the elevator only goes to 2nd floor, with a long flight of stairs to third floor. There was no coffee in the room either.

Room was large and had a street view with small balcony, it also had an elliptical in the corner to work out with in the room! There was a restaurant attached that had very good food.

while location was good....the neighborhood late in the evening looked a bit shady. bed was very soft.... still very good deal.....please don't get me wrong....Superior and exceptional I reserve for top notch places like the Plaza in NYC, Meridian hotels, other such....

ok location, quiet, clean rooms, good bathroom....meaning good water pressure, hot water with no issues, friendly staff, parking actually on site....not 50 meters away as some other hotels in Vienna. nice micro-brewery onsite with good food. overall rate it as very good.

Breakfast was 19 euros for breakfast, which was expensive, after we saw what was available, given it was nothing really special.

Very stylish place, quite high end vibe, great foyer and public areas. Nice leafy and quiet inner courtyard our room overlooked. Large windows, good sized room, lovely bathroom. Well insulated. NIce area, good local neighbourhood, easy walk into the city centre, and 5-10 mins walk from West Bahnhof main line/metro station.

Everything was excellent. One small thing: I'm not sure how comfortable I would have been walking back from Westbahnhof station after 21:00 - but it was noticeably busier (and felt safer) on Friday than at the start of the week. But one can also catch transport to somewhere other than Westbahnhof itself and walk from there. Learn which exit to take from underground (one of the Ausserstrasse ones, not the Innerstrasse side)....

An immensely comfortable and enormous room, with wonderful fittings, especially in the bathroom, and a fabulous view of a quiet courtyard full of trees - tons of windows, all looking out into the tree-filled terrace! A window of green! I very much appreciated having a fridge. A convenient location, perhaps 7 mins' walk from Westbahnhof, from whence it's a 5-minute metro ride to the world of museums. Didn't have breakfast.

Shower head sometimes got leaky, but easily fixed by screwing it on more tightly. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Beautiful courtyard with restaurant. 10-15 minutes from centre by public transport. Friendly staff, and the night shift at the reception is staffed by a very friendly, playful cat (super cute).

The hôtel is closed to West bahnhof station meaning that it is well ditributed to any location in the city and the airport. Hotel is very Nice, rooms are large and full customized, the bathroom as well. Our room was offering à view on a quiet internal garden meaning it was clear and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is perfect with all warm and cold dishes you can expect.The staff is kind and helpfull at any position. A very pleasant stay in conclusion.
