Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would be great if the breakfast could be extended to the adjacent rooms that are usually used by the restaurant. It is really cramped in the mornings and you have to be careful not to knock some ones breakfast off his table while going to the buffet.
Great location and easily reachable by public transport. Almost next to Wien Westbahnhof and all national destinations served from there. Very friendly staff, good restaurant with great local specialties. Good breakfast with plenty options, parking is in a garage around the back of the hotel.

The room that I got and the bed in the room were considerably small in comparison to the rooms in nearby hotels where I was also staying in. The isolation between rooms seemed ok to me, however, almost everything could be heard through room doors from the hallway.
Breakfast is excellent. Of all Viennese hotels that I was staying in, this has the best breakfast. Its position is also excellent - very near the Westbahnhof train station and U3 metro (U-Bahn) line.

Great location (close to the Schönbrunn, ZOO and railway station). Breakfast had several options including scrambled and fried eggs. The coffee was also good, staff friendly and we loved the terrace under the trees. It's great that hotel offers rooms for whole family (apartments). The stairway and access to the apartments are a bit old, but the apartment itself is very nice - comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

The value for the moeny was unexpected even during high season time. The breakfast was realy good. I come to Vienna every few week for business reason and I have experienced several hotels in Vienna. This is the hotel that I will kepp it in my mind to come back again!

This hotel has an inner garden with restaurant and its own brewery, which is quite unique and gives it a special atmosphere. The breakfast range was exceptional: fresh vegetables, fruit, various kinds of bread. We were very happy with our stay.

A bit outside of the city center. It is not the most beautiful neighborhood - this being said, I spent all my time outside, so no big problem. The tram brings you easily to Schonbrunn, and the Metro/bikes at Westbahnhof into the center. My room was too close to the central corridor and hence a bit noisy - make sure you ask for a room further away if you don't want to wake up early.

Floor in the room a little creaky but everything else good so after we got used to it not an issue. In the late evening when we went to bed, was a little noisy from the beer garden but we were tired so didn’t keep us up.
The room size is spacious and the bathtub was wonderful! Great black out blinds. The coffee was fabulous! Loved the eggs, the croissants were good and the yoghurt too. The beer garden was nice and the burger we had was great. The location near the Westbahnof and europlatz is convenient, for taking airport bus. Would stay here again.

Everything…it was clean, staff very nice, they have a restaurant and the food was very good… we also had breakfast included (everything was fresh and tasty) overall it was a great choice.

Both door keycards were not working on the 2nd day, however it must be a temporary one-time issue.
Huge family apartment/ flat for 4 people is very comfortable including kitchen. Superb breakfast.
