The kitchen could have been perfect with the addition of an oven, but for such a short stay we were fine.

We only stayed for 2 nights but found the apartment perfectly fine. Everything worked as expected, kitchen was pretty good, bathroom was good, beds comfortable etc We didn't use the pool or sauna, but there was a decent ski room for our boots and skis etc. We did not eat at the restaurant or take accommodation offered breakfast so cant comment on that.

The decoration of the room is just bizarre. We loved the apartment but it was a shame the decor was so random. It was also not particularly practical. The red walls (everywhere) made it really difficult to find anything in the cupboards. It’s like it sucked the light out of the hallway. Such a shame as everything else was absolutely great. It just doesn’t suit the feel of Kaprun. Living area could benefit from a comfy chair/sofa. Not really anywhere comfy to sit after skiing other than on your bed or the hard dining bench.

Absolutely fab little place. Very warm in apartments, clean, well stocked kitchens for self catering. Microwave, fridge and hob. Fab apartment size. We were a family of four but would be great for a family of 5 with 3 single beds. Don’t really see apartments like this often it was great. Reception staff very friendly. Excellent pool area for a dip after skiing. The kids loved this. Lots of storage in apartment. Ski bus outside or around 6.50€ in taxi to lifts, we walked mostly and it took around 15 mins.

The drain pipes in the bathroom were stinky the first day. Maybe because of the beginning of the season.

The parking lot was not big enough for all the guests, the waste storage was right under our apartment, so it was a bit smelly on our balcony :(

the furniture is outdated, but still serves its purpose

Good value for money. The hotel is in a great location, full of activities in the accessible surroundings. The hotel provides a free Sommerkart e, which includes a lot of benefits and free entries or rides on selected cable cars. That saves a lot of money. We stayed in a simply furnished family apartment, everything was clean, adequately equipped. The hotel has a swimming pool and a children's playroom, this was welcomed by our children. The lady at the reception was very pleasant and gave us some good advised on worth visiting places. Despite the exterior design of the hotel, which is not typically Austrian and, in my opinion, does not really fit into the surrounding environment, we liked the hotel and would love to return.

The style of the room is old, there were only two teaspoons and a cereal bowl for four people for breakfast, but we managed it anyway. The wifi was very weak, we could not really use it.

This is a well located apartman hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. We have hot water in a second, it was excelent. The kitchen is well equiped but some things are missing. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a wellness section but we did not try it. We got a ground floor room and the river flows right under our window, it was loud but not annoying, we could sleep with open window and it cooled the air so the tempriture was right in the apartman. We received summer card therefore we could try a lot of super things in the Kaprun-Zell Am See area. This is a very good opportunity.

Great location 2 minutes away from a bus stop. The spa was surprisingly nice, 3 saunas, a pool and a steam room. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped. The interior of the room was a bit outdated but otherwise all was perfect. We would definitely come back again!

Staff unprofessionalism, issue with the room. We were initially booked into the wrong (cheaper and smaller) room, and the communication with the hotel staff was rather chaotic and confusing, that lead to unnecessary stress at the beginning of our stay. After one day and multiple talk with the reception, the issue was resolved and overall we had a pleasant stay the rest of the days.

There was some strange smell in the apartment, maybe it was new painted or so. Due to duplicate reservation they tried to move us to two double rooms from our booked apartment for one night, but finally all was OK.

Excellent location, polite and helpful staff. There is a wellness centre in the hotel which is included in the price. The bus stop is almost in front of the door. There's a ski room with a ski boots heater and table for ski repairing and waxing. We had free 5 litres keg with beer in our dedicated Heineken apartment.
