A bit more expensive than I expected for a stay at a hostel with so many beds in the room.

The room is narrow. Not enough space for 4 person and to place 4 suitcases. If you stay on the upper bed you have no place to sit or put your belongings, especially on the place #4. Wished to have my own chair or a place to sit not to climb upper bed every moment. Bring a towel with you and a lock for the locker. Towel is possible only for deposit, but there's nobody in the hotel in the afternoon. Breakfast is fine, but not various. Strange cleaning rules. They take rubbish every day, but do not clean the floor. Hair in the bathroom for 4 girls rests on the floor for several days till I ask to clean. Sink has been cleaned once for my 6 nights stay. But generally room is clean and fresh. I'd prefer to have some access to hot water to fill the thermos.

Location is perfect. Elevator in the hotel. Clean spacy bathroom and very good shower. Personal is helpful and friendly.

I didn't see the receptionist at all, because I wanted to ask if they have a charger because the plug of my phone was different, but the others things were good.

I found the room to be a little cramped or lack of moving about space but I was out all day so didn’t bother me too much. Unfortunately in the kitchen area there is only a kettle, fridge and microwave so no proper cooking facilities if you just want to stay in and relax in the evening.

Beds were comfortable and had an extra blanket for warmth if needed. Staff were friendly, place was clean and well kept, decent price for the location which was fairly within walking distance to the centre of town. Aldi/Hofer supermarket just across the street.

Security might be an issue because there was a passage from another room to my room although the two rooms have different access cards. They are separated by a very thin door which could easily be opened by a kid. They are not open 24/7 so I had to wait a bit. No good provisioning for breakfast as the lady almost sold me fish as vegetarian so all I could have was coffee.

Overall it was a good stay. Clean and comfy. The common kitchen area is too small and they could put more appliances there. Good beds and good location. Friendly staff.

Beds were adequate but you have very little privacy. Lot of locked doors to reach your room and the kitchen (which is poorly equipped).

Quite cheap for Wien standards, I guess🤷🏼‍♂️ A bit spartan but hey, they tell you when you book

Probably because it was my first time to encounter such, It took many doors before going in and out of my room. And there was only one mixed toilet on my part on the floor (plus another one for female-only) with three group bedrooms (2 mixed and 1 all-female) so there were times I had to wait and almost every time I'm using it, there's someone trying to use it, hence it could use more toilets. Regardless, it's still good for the price and location, among other things.

Friendly staff, self-check in, rentable towels and locks, own lockers, good window view., location, price.

The only thing lacking was a communion room as 50% of the residents were single and could do with a " get to gather room " May be a notice in reception inviting gest to meet at say 10 - 12 - 6pm for a walk a bout ? .

The location was good as the Christmas markets wert 7-9 mins away . The bigger attractions were 10_15 mins walk away . Bus , train and trams were 5mi walk away .Breakfast although good buffy it was expensive at 19 $ but the supermarket was only 3 mins walk and is good value .

I stayed for 6 nights and had different bunkmates almost every night BUT it's a hostel so it's to be expected. Also, my room was next to another room that was separated only by a thick plastic accordian-style door.

The location was a 10-15 minutes walk to many downtown tourist attractions. It was a 5 minutes walk to the metro and a local grocery store (Hofer) was across the street. Breakfast was decent, freshly scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage and bacon, cheeses, bread, fresh veggies and coffee.

The rooms required cleaning, particulary behind the beds and corners. The bathrooms also need cleaning , particulary corners. If there is coeducational room, the girl shoudn't be put alone in a room with more man.

Very good location, 7minutes of walking to the Catedral. Great building with a history. Comfortable beds, clean liniens. The posibility to leave there a luggage for free for whole day before the check-in time and after. Check-in without problems as you receive a code to the box with a key. Very pleasant staf answer all your questions.
