I chose the option with breakfast and it was perfect! There was storage with card locker to leave the luggage. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Clean place. Great staff. Confortable bed.

The breakfast is so expensive, I paid 19 euros for an ordinary breakfast, I double checked with the receptionist about the price, cause it was handwritten, and it’s not clear, so when I said “9 euros, right?”, she replied “yes”, then I realized it was 19 euros actually after paying for it, I guess there is language barrier, I don’t blame the receptionist but the price is indeed way much more expensive than it actually worth. Very disappointed!!

Plugs by the bed were a little dodgy was a bit of a maze to find the room bed were loud No paper towels in the toilet to dry hands Overall not bad but not the nicest Hostel to stay in. Would stay again for a night or two but definitely not longer.

There is no staff at the reception. The coffee machine took money for coffee twice, but it didn’t make coffee. and did not return the money. bad dishonest service

When in the hostel. I was on the toilet when a man kept pulling at the locked door. I came out after finishing. And without any introduction or id to confirm who he was, asks to see my hotel key card. I asked who he was? The man looked at me angrily and aggressively and repeated. After back and forth he told me he was staff. ( He was in no work uniform, unless jeans and a t- shirt is the work uniform). I asked him to show me his id badge which he refused. He got more aggressive, so I suggested we call the police. It was at this point he took out and showed me his id. Also bedroom doors are really awkward to open.

The reception women was so rude and yelled at me. The bathrooms were so dirty with pee on the floor and weren't cleaned while I was there for 3 days!

The floors are so squeaky, doors are really hard to open, place is hard to navigate, not obvious where the kitchens are, don’t have enough bathrooms and they’re very old and unclean.

Everything was super clean. Both our room and the bathrooms! Congratulations to the cleaning ladies!! The location was perfect! They also provided us with hairdryer. We also didn’t feel cold in the room neither one moment.

The old style building was absolutely beautiful, but I loved that it had a lift, and was so clean and comfortable as well!! As a bonus, it’s also very close to a few forms of public transit - and staff are very friendly and helpful in getting you sorted and pointed in the right direction!!

The walls of the rooms are very thin. You hear all the sounds. There is an extra door inside the room and I could not understand what it is. There is no permanent person at the reception, you cannot find a contact person except certain hours.

With its location in the city centre, it is within walking distance to all tourist spots and attractions.

The reception doesn’t be 24h, I arrived after 6pm and I don’t have towel to take a shower… in the next day I paid for the towel and forgot to leave in my room, in summarize I stayed without the towel during my days in the hostel.

Dirty, could hear every noise in the whole building, only a few hours of open reception, dirty bathroom, did not feel safe, no quiet hours so everyone was wandering around with the lights on at 2am even if people were asleep, and the whole bed were shaking everytime someone walked through the room.
