The recepcionist does not seem happy with her job, she was never there and was not friendly. No one told me there is a kitchen i can use. At some point there was no paper in the toilet

The rooms size is small I think it’s not suitable for 4 or even 3 especially if you got bags and it’s the case other thing the facility works with motion sensor so it’s easy that the electricity goes off while you are showering and you have to move around.

There’s no 24/7 reception desk, and when I went back to the hostel to take a shower, there’s no hot water! I texted them right after I took a cold shower and asked for possible refund or compensation, and they just said sorry and nothing else.

The receiption that was a men was not good. He shouted on me when i did something with check out. He was angri and did a very bad treatment with me and shouted on me a lot that was a racisim meaning for me.

I thought it will serve with the payment that i did, but it was not.

When I checked in I had already sent a message with my arrival time, but nobody was there. I sent messages and it was no answer. I called and the woman said I needed to check my inbox, but they hadn’t sent anything. I didn’t know where the kitchen was and she didn’t explain anything. When I sent messages to ask where the kitchen was it took long time to get answers. The bed makes a lot of noise and there was no plugs by the bed to charge my phone. It was also no curtains or night lamp. So when people came in to the room they wake up everyone that are sleeping. I would not stay here again.

The location is good, and they made my bed during the day. The luggage room was excellent!

I was unlucky with a roommate that was drinking beer in his bed while people were trying to sleep. He also talked to himself and talked on the phone constantly. I asked him to be quiet and he became more quiet but still kept drinking. I felt unconfortable around this guy and I was not the only one in that room that felt so. I sent email to the hotel but nothing was done until the day after because noone was at the reception. I asked the day after if I could move to another room, they offered me to go to room with 8 beds instead of 6 and said that it's likely that I will experience the same there. I had one more night left there but I decided to leave one day earlier, and bought me another hostel room and that was a great idea which I don't regret even though I lost a little bit of money. This hostel did not pay me back my money for that 1 night after all this trouble. I will not rent a room there again.

The hostel had more facilities than we expected. As a solo traveler, I am very pleased with the facilities provided by the facility. When I come to Vienna again, I will not look elsewhere.

No towels and 10 euro deposit for one (which) you get back! That's if you can actually get a towel. No manned reception and no one answers the phone (even though called during advertised hours) Message sent on Booking.com for assistance but told no staff around and couldn't get a towel until following morning! Not good after a day of travelling.

Sensors in WC and kitchen only last 1 minute so you need to wave your hand constantly if you want light. It becomes very annoying. Shutters in room do not work to reduce sun light. Still not too sure what their function is.

Great location. Great price. Cleanest hostel ever. Very warm. People are very respectful about noise (atleast during my stay).

Internet not there, Kitchen was smelling, Room does not have much facilities, washroom lights

I stayed 3 nights, and All the time internet did not worked. They should have alternative options if their internet not working. It was hard to explore city without internet
