Unfortunately the bar closed early on a couple of nights. 7pm one night and 9pm another .

Good location from me visiting family. Near to the open air baths and Heuriger wine gardens. Surrounding areas are pretty with high pine trees. The manager was very helpful upon arrival. He organised a family meal at very short notice.

Towels had a funky smell

Lovely layout with respect to the rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is close to the thermal baths. Perfect for a getaway

Clean, room with balcony with a park view, close to the center and thermal bad - though situated in the middle of the hill. The hotel is in the quiet part of the city. Comfortable bed, We just spent one night there so I cannot say much about personnel or some hotel facilities.

Noisy neighbours;)

Quiet location, near the park in a small village. On the other hand easy to get to an Autobahn to Wien in the couple of minutes. Extremaly kind man and woman at the reception desk. Big room with comfortable bed and balcony.

What a great hotel. We made a mistake and booked a family room for 2 people instead of 4. The receptionist helped us a lot and made sure we only add a little extra for the meals for 2 others. What great service. Breakfast was great. Good vegan options. Helpful staff. Nice old town close to the air port Vienna and nice towns to pass a day or two. Room had good A/C and big comfortable beds.

It is very difficult for me to rate the hotel. The rooms were fine, clean, breakfast was good. It would be great if the hotel staff didn't start making noise outside our door before 7 am. They were pushing heavy carts and packing glass bottles (loudly), causing a lot of noise. We booked a room for two adults with a 2-year-old child. We arrived very tired after a long journey, and despite the hotel not being full, we were given a room next to the technical room of the staff. Such a wake-up call was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Our stay, despite everything else being fine, became unpleasant because of this.

Rudeness from the reception staff. The person who was working at the reception at the time of our stay behaved very unprofessionally and made certain conclusions on a subjective level. Without checking among their documents, which in the end must be their job, they wanted to charge us for the night's stay, which we had already paid through our bank account using the Booking application. If we hadn't mentioned that we had already paid everything in advance, they would have charged us for that night's stay (because we had already taken out the money that the receptionist asked for). Fortunately, at the last minute, we rechecked the conditions of our reservation and saw that we do not need to pay for the night's stay at the reception because we have already done it through the booking application. In spite of all that, the receptionist in question still persisted in telling us about various laws and convinced us that her colleague had made a mistake. To which we replied that it was fine, but that this was not the way to talk to guests and to tell us, I quote, "you came down from the room very nervous". Is that the way to talk to a guest to whom you wanted to charge for a night's stay for which he had already paid. Until that moment, we were looking forward to the wonderful hotel. But we were very disappointed by the reception staff.
