There was some construction going on the front of the hotel at the time of my stay. It took me some time to find the hotel's entrance as it was inside of a bigger building. The breakfast was lacking. Not much selections. Often left still hungry. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so if you prefer to take taxi or Uber to get around, you have to walk to nearby road to get picked up and dropped off. It's less of an issue if you take the public transportation.

Centrally located. Easy to walk to most of the attractions. The price was more reasonable comparable to other hotels in the area. The room was fine and had everything I needed.

It is very well located and the price for this place is fair. We had everything in our room (towels, soap, clean shits).

The receptionist was little bit grumpy not very helpful. However, I would still recommend this hotel.

Perfect location ! Buses and trains nearby, you can even walk to many places. If you have limited time in Vienna, this is the best place to stay.

While I was having breakfast I over heard a smaller group of staff having a rather uncomfortable conversation in Hungarian regarding a co-worker. Unfortunately I was ear witness of their mocking talk , which was rather unprofessional and off putting. Apart of this incident the staff was polite and friendly to the guests.

It was easy to find and the location offers excellent access to public transportation. I had a pleasant first expression. Smelled welcoming coffee and later on the day on my return had a cosy Germanic smell of a clean and well maintained household which I like. It served the purpose of my stay very well and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great location and welcoming, well looked after accommodation.

Everything was good for my travel purposes, however the bath towels they changed the third day were a bit tough. very friendly owner and employees.

There is still construction in the street, but with the windows closed it didn't bother us, also didn't last long (couldbe becauseit was the weekend). Be aware that this hotel is a bit old and dated, but carries it well.

Nice little hotel. great location, just a 3 min stroll to the U3 station and 10 min walk to the U4 station. Amazing staff! Accommodated a late check-in without fuss and gave us a cup of coffee first thing in the morning before even having their own! Double room was bigger then expected, clean, and the shower had hot water. Breakfast is a modest but satisfying spread. Overall great value for money

The room that I was allocated to didn’t look like any of the rooms shown in their photos and I was expecting a more comfortable room setup.

Very close to the u-bahn and shopping district. Breakfast was simple but good and sufficient.

You have to go through a building site (new metro line) in order to get to the entrance. Furniture and place itself is very old and has seen better days. Towels were old. Not many breakfast options.

Good value for money as it is located centrally with easy-ish access to buses/metro/tram. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Bathroom was recently renovated. Staff were friendly enough. Overall good experience for the price paid.

It's a bit old, so the bathroom can get a bit moldy.

Really great location! You can't get any closer to Mariahilferstrasse, so the shopping is close! The value for money is exactly what you get, the breakfast was good. Also parking in nearby parking house for 18 euro a day is great.

There were no sweets/cakes at breakfast and the orange juice wasn't that good. (it was mixed with water). We had a triple room and one of the beds was like a single sofa bed - not that comfortable! The twin beds were very comfortable.

Location is very central, just around Mariahilfer street (shopping street) and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - a vast option of bread and cold cuts.

This could be construed as picky but i have to justify why the facilities were held back. Firstly, the shower head would stay at height on the rail - great shower though. Bath towels could have ben larger as were quite small. Tea or coffee making facilities either in the hotel or room would have been nice
