Room service a little cheeky only 1 free drink with our meals. Bathroom a little old fashioned and tired in places but very functional

Clean tidy and friendly staff. Air conditioning worked well in our room. We stayed Friday to Tuesday and the area around the hotel was quiet. Ideal location for Cold Play at the stadium, easy walking distance. Underground station across and down the road a short walk. We would definitely stay here again

We were so disappointed in their restaurant and bar, Franz&Flora. When we went for a dinner we left almost everything and they didn’t ask if something was wrong. With almost empty restaurant staff was very slow with service. The same story with the bar…

Breakfast was not included and we went out for a brunch. Many possibilities nearby…

The price of breakfast is enormous- 30 euro per person- for family of five I paid 150 euros for an average breakfast- don’t do it, if you didn’t get it with the room!!!!!

Very friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Hotel has perfect location for stadium events and is located right next to the subway. Perfect to get around Vienna from there. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor was full of long black hair when we arrived. When we asked for cleaning, a lady just came with a vacuum cleaner and that was all, instead of cleaning and desinfecting the floor properly, like it should be done in a bathroom. Unworthy for such a hotel.

The bathroom shower had some issues. It was a bit uncomfortable as water often spilled onto the bathroom floor, which was an inconvenience that could be easily fixed. On the first night, I was a bit frustrated with the cleaning service. They arrived around 6 PM, just as I had returned to my room after a long day of sightseeing. Since I was tired, I ended up not requesting the service, which was disappointing.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall, my experience was satisfactory, though there are some areas for improvement. On the first night, I was a bit frustrated with the cleaning service. They arrived around 6 PM, just as I had returned to my room after a long day of sightseeing. Since I was tired, I ended up not requesting the service, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the bed was excellent, a king size, and provided very comfortable nights of sleep. The amenities, such as the coffee and teas provided, were also a highlight of the stay, with great quality. However, the bathroom shower had some issues. It's just a few meters from the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. Mini Bar prices are a bit too high, especially if you need a bottle of water on Sunday, when the nearby supermarket is closed. It is recommended not to use the parking from Hotel but looking for another one nearby.

Convenient and quiet location. Easily reachable by car, bus or U-Bahn. Nice Staff, clean facility. Rooms are nice and comfortable.
