Parking is 29 EUR/ 24 hours and they will not take a reservation so even if the lot is 90% empty you're left hanging on whether there will be a spot or not. We had a fully packed car with a lot of wine so underground parking away from the summer heat and sun was important and enjoyed our little anxiety whether there will be a spot or not. There's a second huge public parking almost right opposite the hotel.

Does what it says on the box. Metro and bike share station is a super short walk away. Office area with East European style concrete block houses from the 1960s on the other side of the metro line. Place is a desert on weekends. Hotel is exactly like it should be, staff are professionally courteous, I can see waking up, going to the lobby and having no clue which continent I'm on, never mind the country. If

Loved the water boiler with the tea selection and the fridge in the room. The breakfast was great and they were considerate about the events around and made it longer. The way the boiled eggs were served made me feel closer to the nature - kept warm on gravel bed. Just a touch of small detail that made my day. The surrounding and view are also amazing.

Further away from the city centre than I’d anticipated (about an hour’s walk). But that’s only a (very minor) issue if you’re a bit extra and insist on walking everywhere. The U-Bahn would probably get you there in half the time.

Nice rooms; spacious, minimalistic, and — best of all — air-conditioned and dark if you close the curtains. Life saver in the insufferably hot month of July and especially if, like me, you just spent 2 days in a non-AC:d hostel in Krakow, getting exactly 0 hours of sleep in that time due to the heat. Friendly and helpful staff, let me leave my luggage with them over the day after I’d checked out. Close to Das Gym for you iron enthusiasts (the hotel’s fitness centre is pretty good too though). Overall clean and neat.

The restaurant had a very poor menu so after trying it once we ate out.

Breakfast was OK if a little limited & the staff were far too eager to start clearing the food away while people were still arriving BEFORE the stipulated closing time. The check-in staff were excellent & very polite & professional.

No USB charging in the room and air con controls are a bit strange.

Room was good although surprised in such a modern hotel that there is no USB charging facilities in the room. Also the aircon controls are a bit odd and seem a bit hit and miss whether you get air con or not. Lots of storage which was good. All in all very pleased - we were there for a concert at the Ernst Happel Stadium and the location could not be better. Also very close to an underground station so easy access to the City Centre was good. All in all a great stay and the included breakfast and friendly staff was a bonus,

Did not have bathrobe or slippers to go the spa, so have to bring all your belongings with you to change at the spa. The bathroom was quite small. While the room was nice, it was a bit outdated in comparison to the lobby (the furniture, carpet)
