We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe room is outdated and needs refurbishment. There is nothing in the minibar, you have to go to the reception if you need snacks or something to drink, which is quite unusual for this kind of hotel.
The location - is close to the campus, subway and supermarkets, walking distance to Prater. There are also few decent restaurants in the area and the breakfast they serve is ok.

HungaryWhile the rooms are clean, they feel a little outdated for me. These days boutique hotels go above and beyond and I'd expect a big name like Marriott to keep up in every regard.
The location of the hotel is great - it's literally a 2-minute walk from the metro station. Also, the gym, which is ope 24/7 is pretty nice and well-equipped as well.

Poland- we booked an upgrade to get a double bed, yet that room was actually smaller than the twin our friends stayed in, so seemed like a lot to pay for that bed - no coffeemachine - no possibility to leave postcards at reception to be mailed, small thing to do and so practical for guests. It was the first time I heard that was not offered somewhere
- great location, we came by car and it is just off the highway, and it is also next to a metro stop making it easy to go downtown - great gym and sauna - nice lobby area

RomaniaWe have booked 5 rooms (three king size bed rooms with breakfast included, one single room with breakfast and one twin bed room with breakfast included plus a 3rd additional bed) for 10 persons for two nights. The contact person from the hotel reservation service told me that I would have to pay an extra breakfast for the 3rd person from the twin bed room. Considering that it was a buffet breakfast and that we booked 5 rooms for 10 persons I would have expected a discount or even a free breakfast for the additional person from the twin room, but the person from the hotel reservation service told me that she cannot give me any discount or free breakfast. Then I have noticed that, if I booked, instead of the single room, a double room with breakfast included, the total price would have been lower, so I told the reservation person to change the single room with breakfast in a double room with breakfast. She told me that she cannot do this because I have booked on booking.com, so I have to change the reservation on booking.com (which seemed logical). I went back to booking.com to change the reservation, but I was surprised to see that the hotel changed the price of the double rooms and made them more expensive, so it was no longer better to book a double instead of a single in order to cover the 3rd additional breakfast from the twin room. In my opinion, the fact that the hotel could not give me a 2% or 3% discount for 5 rooms and 10 persons for two nights, was not so flexible and client friendly and, more than that, the fact that they changed the price of the double room, when I wanted to modify my reservation, was a little bit unprofessional.
Hotel was nice, good breakfast, the rooms were nice, it has an indoor parking, the location is good, if you want to visit Prater amusement park. If you want to go to the center of Vienna it is about 4 or 5 km from Stephansplatz.

Czech RepublicVery quiet, modern, spacious room with big TV, minibar and kettle is really pleasant. A big fitness room and a large sauna with a stunning view of the illuminated Prater at night, included in the price of the room, is a super bonus. At the sauna, large changing rooms, showers and towels, perfect cleaning throughout the hotel. Breakfast was 100% worth it, great selection, admiration for the vegan corner ! Underground parking is a bit more expensive (28€), but in the middle of Vienna you need to count with it.

HungaryWe haven’t used the fridge, so it was unimportant to us, but it doesn’t cool so strongly, just be aware that is not a classical kitchen fridge but a minibar fridge.
Rooms are big (I booked a standard room) and fancy, beds are very comfortable, bathroom is also big. Hotelstaff is nice, they shared every necessary information. Location is not in the historical centre, but U-Bahn (subway) connection is good there.
