very expensive, if you order some food you have to pick it up by yourself. I was superised there is no tool kit or slippers!! the soap is very bad. check in took long time each time:(

I liked the location. and the gym there are two supermarkets around Billa and Spar the place is quiet.

over-priced, they don't offer a simple tool kit at all no slippers as well , check in always took long time. if you want to order some food to your room you have to pick it up by your self there is no coffee machine but there is a kettle. the hand soap is very bad some items in the min bar very very very expensive

I liked the location very quiet, far a bit from the city center. and there are two supermarkets around. I liked the gym as well. the chair and the deck very comfy to work or to use your laptop. lighting is okay

Wifi throughout the stay was bad for me and my wife. I informed the front desk they gave me an upgraded connection but even with that it was bad. Kindly look into it. Food menu/choices at the restaurant could be a little more, if you end up staying for more than one day.

The hotel is located in a business district which is next to the Vienna fair and the Economy University of Vienna. We visited there during Christmas period where all the restaurants and other facilities (supermarkets etc) are closed. The hotel charges 28 EUR for car parking as daily. And I asked the reception if they know any cheaper alternatives and they said that they do not know. Then, we discovered there are many cheaper options around. The hotel we stayed in Zagreb which belong to the same group (Marriott) offered car parking free of charge. In one evening, we planned to have our dinner in the district which the hotel was located. All the restaurants were closed and the hotel was charging 19 EUR for a simple burger which you may eat a Viennese schnitzel in a fancy restaurant and it may cost to you 20-25EUR. And all the drinks including soft drinks are expensive and you do not have any alternative place to buy during the night. I would suggest the hotel to offer car parking free of charge for its guests and discount on the prices for meals and drinks if other alternatives are closed around.

The size of the rooms and comforts of the beds are fine. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Shortly 3star hotel with 1star staff. When we checked in, they preauthorized the card for 50 eur more than the price without any explanation before doing it. They gave us the room for disabled persons without any notice. When we complained, they didnt even once say that maybe they made mistake or felt sorry. We gave them 2 hours to give us alternative, he told that he will explain all to the colleague who will be there by the time we get back, and when we came back, other recepcionist didnt know anything about it. Manager got involved into sorting out but only kept defending the recepcionist and telling us that everything else is booked. After quite a while of negotiating, he gave us a standard room- in the end, that shows that they were lying all that time. Not even then they felt sorry or anything. We felt very discriminated. No mini bar, mold in the shower, old furniture, bad bed sheets

it’s location is brilliant- so close to the train station and there’s also a bus link to the airport. within five minutes from is are two Spar stores and another supermarket- perfect for buying necessities and nibbles.breakfast is yummy and plenty of choices.

1.I don't like the cleaning level for example the bathtube and the kettle. 2.It is very basic, no slippers or guest house kit. 3. Very small piece of sope one only!!!. 4. I tried to order food they don't serve food you have to bring it from the restaurant. 5. Very experince compared to the level of service.

Location near Vienna Messe almost 2 mins. Desk chair very comfortable I like it so much. Breakfast was good.

Very average overall cleaning, everything shows that hotel got its 4 stars too long ago. “Eco friendly” is an old song for “you will not get bath slippers and robe” The bathroom is a mess with water from shower getting all over the place. Ant the toilet was quite literally covered in fecies.

The room was functional but very basic. A thin carpet over the concrete floor for instance. Adequate facilities but only that. Adequate. No food facilities (except breakfast) in the evening but a good supermarket up the road.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were excellent.

The washbasin was broken in a way that water was filling up in the basin and it wasn’t sinking in. However, after the complaint they offered us another room and that was pretty well.

Breakfast: 24euros is a ridiculous amount to charge. The internet in the room was not very good. This is a business hotel in a capital city and they only have one English language TV channel. Tea and coffee facilitates in room were poor.

Modern clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There was a iron and ironing board in the room. Comfy beds. Quiet location.

I had a good experience during lunch with my wife, but after all went wrong when we tried to have a time with our friends in hotel bar. I never experienced a situation in 4* hotel, that as hotel guest, I would be completely ignored in hotel bar during Friday evening! - me and my friends (accommodated in hotel as well) were sitting in hotel bar for almost 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. Even companies coming later to nearby tables were served! This is not 4* hotel with 4* service when foreign citizens are completely ignored. After those 30 humiliating minutes, we left and walked up to nearby Motel One where (we were not even hotel guests!) we were recognized and served in less than 5 minutes!!!

Since my last experience in this venue, hotel was refurbished - rooms are now more modern, bar and restaurant as well. Breakfast provided reasonable amount of food, but for that price I would expect bigger selection. Overall, hotel itself is great! Check in and checkout was great experience - very nice and kind crew. Even price for parking in that area is quite reasonable.

Without prior notice, the hotel decided not to serve alcohol for entire day on the bar and even in the restaurant. We were not able even to hava a glass of wine during the lunch.
