We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location and quiet room. EV charging is in the underground parking of the hotel. There is a parking rate per night but charging EV was included.

Czech RepublicWhen we came back to the room in the evening, it was pretty cold in the room and my wife was a bit sick. But when I asked on the reception to solve this problem, they immediately reacted and during the night room became warm enough for comfortable stay.
Good location, delicious breakfast with a large variety of morning meals, friendly personnel, soundproof room, very clean.

New ZealandNot much to say. Maybe to relocate the smoking place. It is in front of the main entry in the hotel which is not right for no smokers to walk through the smell and smoke.
Room given to us was at the top floor so we could have a bit of view of the surrounding hills. Room was good size we had small fridge in the room. Bathroom was great, good size shower enclosure. Hotel had underground parking which was great but not cheap though. Staff was very friendly. We had one dinner in the hotel restaurant. I can rate it ok-ish.

United StatesThe bar service is not good. We waited two hours for dinner because whoever took the order forgot to put one order in. Most of the guests are foreigners. Need better English speaking staff. Paid for 3 days parking but ended up have to pay one more in order to get out.
