Breakfast is served at the hall in front of the rooms, when you step out of your room you are literally at the tables so it is a bit noisy in the morning :) no kettle or fridge in the room, good for a short 1-2 nights stay.

It is a hostel not a hotel but offers a decent place to sleep and private bathroom, at the hearth of Vienna. The hotel is at the walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. I didn’t get the breakfast but the hotel offers free coffee in the morning which was good.

It was impossible to sleep as the noise level was so high. You hear everything from corridor to room noise. Unfortunately, the door slams were so frequent as well :(

The location of the place was really good being one minute away from the supermarket and only some minutes walking distance to the metro stations. Plus, they offer you free coffee and tea even if your stay doesn’t include breakfast! Finally, when I needed to print some papers out, the lady at the reception immediately helped me out.

Good location, close to the city centre and public transportation. Clean room but the things that were covering the windows were full of dust. Except of that everything else was good! No fridge in the room! Descent room and big bathroom for the price

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls were very thin meaning we were woken up with the noise for breakfast prep at 7am.

There was no air conditioner in the room, when we arrived the room was very hot and stuffy because the windows were closed. There were only two small fans.

The hotel is well organized, we arrived on a late flight and they made sure to leave us clear instructions for a pleasant entrance. The room is cozy, less big than in the pictures but in the end it was enough for us. The woman at the reception was very nice. And the location of the hotel is very convenient. In addition, we ordered packages for the hotel and the staff was lovely and was ready to receive them the day before we arrived, and left them for us in the room on the day of check in.

Pillows on the beds in the room are decorative pillows not actual pillows you would put on the bed. Very uncomfortable. Close to a bar so it can be noisy to early hours of the morning.

Our room was attached to the breakfast area which get a little noisy in the morning. We got a particular hot weekend and the fan provided was probably not the more comfortable way to sleep. Would be nice to have air conditioning. Nothing to bad anyway.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious and functional room. Staff is very friendly and open to help when needed. We got after hours but arrangements were made to get access to the room. Will surely recommend.

The room we got was parallel to the lunchroom. Since the door doesn't cancel noise we could hear everything in the hallways. This was annoying since we were still sleeping.

Poor Isolation: It can be hot and it is too noisy during breafast time depending on where is located your room. Also the water flow on the shower was really too low (almost not usable). Maybe it was a temporarry issue...

The location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere, and the metro and bus stops were very close. The rooms were clean. On the second day, a fan was placed in the room to cool it down without us asking, which was a thoughtful gesture, so thank you for that. Finding someone at reception is difficult since it operates during limited hours, but they provide all kinds of help and guidance. I would like to stay here again when I visit Vienna
