We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe fridge was off when we arrived. Nobody told us that we had to turn it on. We only realized it was off the next morning when all our food was warm and spoiled, leading to considerable waste. When we requested compensation from the manager, she did not see it as an issue.
Very good and clean apartment on the top floor. Good equipped kitchen. Very quiet. Great view from the windows. Comfortable beds.

NetherlandsThe room did not seemed to be cleaned very well (there was still garbage in the trash). The door to the balcony didn't work properly and couldn't tilt anymore but could only fully open. Since the balcony is shared with other rooms, I did not feel comfortable with just leaving the door open. So there was no option for some fresh air, and because it was extremely hot, this meant I could hardly sleep.
