HungaryThe hotel rooms badly need an upgrade, although there is a charm for the retro or rather oldish equipement. But the shower in my bathroom just stopped working at a point, oldie but not goldie... The rooms totally lack any equipement, purely just bed and table, TV and a bath, nothing more, rather poor for this price. There is not enough parking space for the guests cars. The check in is limited, althugh they provide a solution for guests arriving after 6 PM (!!) you have to specify when exactly, in 2025 there should be solutions for such events.
Nice location. Spacious rooms. Cleanliness. The breakfast is really superb. The hotel cat is pretty fluffy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The half board is absolutely recommended. The breakfast had perfectly adequate selection and the dinner was 4 courses optional with very delicious meals. The location of the hotel is perfect.

CroatiaDuring our stay, some guests accidentally took our skiing equipment. We immediately informed the staff and asked if they could check with other guests, but their response was dismissive and indifferent. Instead of actively helping, they showed little interest in resolving the situation. As a result, we had to rent new equipment, even though everything could have been solved much sooner with more involvement from the staff. Fortunately, the guests returned our equipment the next day, but the lack of assistance from the hotel left a disappointing impression.
The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

HungaryWe booked the ‘budget’ room. Based on the picture, we knew not to expect any luxury, but what we got was unacceptable. The room was in a hidden corner of the hotel and when we entered we were greeted by a smelly, run-down, old room. The hotel staff know that the room is crap because they don’t even dare to take photos of it for Booking. So I think this is not fair to the guests at all. It turns out that the hotel’s own website has information that the hotel has a 3- and 4-star section, but this is not mentioned at all on Booking. So anyone who relies solely on this will be very disappointed. When I complained, the staff seemed to not care. They must have fooled a lot of people like this before, they were unbothered. And when I said that they could be sure that I would write about my bad experiences, it also left them indifferent. I've been to many places around the world, but I've never encountered one where the host didn't offer at least a dinner or something small as compensation. Everyone, avoid this place!

GermanyThe stuff at the reception was not realy interested, cold and quick check in and check out. The hint that a sauna wastes Energy was not helpful to feel good in the Sauna at all. The room was oldfashioned (not traditional) and kind of used. Breakfast was poor, just ordinary cereals, pretty hard bread...not fresh. No soy milk....disapointing Poor variety of cake or other sweets in the afternoon
