Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaEven though the hotel is great and I can highly recommend, it is a little bit expensive comparing to similar hotels and what they offer. The staff is really nice but the service was not very fast and attentive, they never ask for a second drink or came by, at the second night we had to wait one hour for our food. Also when sitting at the bar, we had to wait for longer time until someone asked us what we would like to drink. This might be small things compared to the great hotel and location, bit for the price I would expect a better service.
Amazing hotel with an absolute stunning location and view. Panorama Sauna is really great. The rooms are so cozy and you can really relax. Really nice staff.

United KingdomIf I am being really picky....pillows were not that comfortable. I cannot find fault with anything else.
Location is beautiful. Plenty of walking paths from the hotel. Not much else close by though (within walking distance) if you wanted to go for dinner say outside the hotel. But the food is so lovely that you wouldn't want to! Spa is lovely - sauna is hot and pool is refreshing and clean. Food is yummy. Staff are very friendly. We don't speak German but that wasn't a problem as they all spoke English.

United KingdomThere is a children's playground which is not shown in any of the pictures. This understandably led to a high number of children during our stay. I understand catering for children but guests should know what they are in for when booking.
Amazing breakfast spread. Stunning views. Modern recently renovated rooms but still keeping with the alpine charm. Pool was undergoing repairs but the hotel offered a discount upon check-in without us having to ask which was very fair.

GermanyOutdoor pool gets little sun and is basically shaded by the hotel itself midday on.
Food was great. Gorgeous view. Comfortable bathrobes. The backpack that was provided in the room came in handy.
