My room was 01, the room was very small for 6 people, no place to open your backpack. The bed lines were not so clean and not thick enough, bed and pillow were not comfortable. You’ll like if you’re ok with „sleeping in capsule type bed”. The worst thing was room with big windows was extremely cold, I did not see any heating system (even if they have, most probably it was not working). If it was so cold in November, I cannot imagine how it’s during winter months! I had flu, cough next day. I’d say this hostel is ok for really short stay, max. 2 nights.

I like the self check-in through their digital system which works very well even though I saw some older Asian tourists who were fighting with the codes etc. and asking help from me:) The location is convenient, especially the subway, train & bus stations are nearby. The common area in the entrance is large and good place to chill out or just wait your check-in time if you arrive earlier. The bathrooms are clean.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was spoiled by a broken digital lock on our room door. After a long journey, we couldn’t access our room. We contacted the hostel staff and received a response only 1.5 hours later, which simply said, "Just enter the code; we hope it works." After this, we had to reach out to them again, and it took another 3 hours before they sent someone to open the door. It turned out that the lock was indeed broken, and it was only fixed later with the help of two more staff members. What made the situation even worse was that this happened on New Year’s Eve. Instead of having time to buy something for the celebration, we spent the entire evening dealing with the lock issue, leaving us tired and disappointed. A major drawback of the hostel is the absence of on-site staff who could assist in such situations promptly. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and constantly made creaking noises. The pillows were very thin, and the walls were also thin, which meant we could often hear people opening doors in the hallway. If you’re a light sleeper, this can be very disruptive.

The location is quite convenient, making it easy to reach key places. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. The hostel felt comfortable and safe, with no unpleasant situations or the presence of homeless individuals during our stay.

My request for bottom bunk bed was not accommodated. The dorm is pretty tight. I can’t imagine when it’s high season with the beds filled up and the bathroom and toilets are consistently occupied. Bathroom needs a tray in the showers to place your shower needs like shampoo etc. We should be able perform the digital check in at anytime rather than wait til check in time. The bed codes can be sent at check in time.

It’s in a convenient location, bed was comfortable, great wifi, clean, useable kitchen in the front. Lots of privacy for the beds. It’s got quirky decor by the lounge area.

It’s a self-check in hostel. So there is no staffs in the front desk . I’ve seen other guest ‘ luggage been stolen in the luggage room. So really have to beware of ur belonging , since it’s a self check-in . Cheaper but have to pay more attention for personal belongings.

Location: very close train station and subway. Convenient to go anywhere or catch the fly. Tidy & clean: shared bathroom and toilet, clean and tidy.

I did not meet anyone from the staff, the check-in is totally automatic, but it is difficult a little bit, their system was not working. You need to use a code for all the doors, its a bit difficult. The neighborhood is not the best, some suspicious figures were hanging around the area and even some strange people at the hotel...

The hostel has a good location, just at the Hauptbahnhof. The facilities are modern and clean. The beds can be closed individually with a code, the bathroom and the toilet was always clean.

Everything was perfect except the staff. No one is there, no reception. I had some issues with the different code (to use for the rooms/and kitchen etc). The first code that I received for the kitchen/ didn’t work. I had to call to have a new one. Then, the code for my room didn’t work. The staff didn’t understood, and asking me many times to try again. I realized that the numbers were not displaying on the keypad. When I called to report the issue, I was told this was normal, given a second code, and had to call back again because it still didn’t work. Eventually, I requested a change of room and it worked! I was quite frustrated with how the situation was handled. I was made to feel as though I was “stupid” simply because they claimed there had been no issues with the keypad throughout the day. I was even instructed to ask random people I came across to try. While everything else about my stay was satisfactory, I am disappointed with the quality of customer service.

The beds could use a side shelf or something, to put your phone/glasses on. No free soup in the bathroom and it would be really nice to have some very basic tea or coffee for free in the kitchen. The luggage storage was out of order during my visit, which was a complication.

Awesome location - right next to main train station and metro exit - and unbeatable price. That is why I come here repeatedly. Nice kitchen/lounge area. Comfortable beds.

As much as I appreciate the online check and “virtual reception” I feel like there is a huge grey area with this. Staying at a hostel puts you at a higher risk of anything really, but eliminating the staffed aspect definitely is new to me and others may feel the same. I only stayed for one night however, when I left my room to go to the bathroom and I found about 6 men sleeping in the corridor outside the room. Either fellow travellers that couldn’t figure out how to check in or another situation… either way this wouldn’t have happened if there was staff on site. Puts you at ease a bit. Although, I was on the ground floor room, not sure. If you’re after a quick and easy stay, where you can lock yourself in the bed, this is it!

Liked the way the beds were set up, could get squishy at times but was nice to have the bed with the lock as well. Great to have a personal code to enter room and facilities. Facilities were great, kept clean and very welcoming. Location was okay, if you are after a more central location to TOURIST attraction then maybe you’re second choice. I was walking 30 mins just to get to the main city Christmas markets… I didn’t mind however could probably find somewhere closer?

Yes, as many already commented. You will see homeless people around and you might feel little unsafe but no harm happened or I didn't see anyone getting hurt during my stay.

Its location, located on exit of Wien Hbf. Hostel is clean and self check in process works fine for me. I prefer access pins over keys / Key cards so it was good for me that I will not be stresses of losing it. Beds were comfortable and clean so as shower rooms and restrooms
