Annoying people, don't have respect or any culture while being in shared dorm, crushing everything and packing at 1 am, then again at 6 am, leaving their phones alarm turned on for 10 minutes while they are outside of room. Nothing of this is hostel fault, just didn't have luck at all with roommates this time

Everything was great, good location, easy self check in, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms.

The online check-in was not working and no one from the staff agreed to show up to let us check-in to get the room. They were asking us to pay in a very ridiculous and unsecured way which is providing our card number over the phone. After some argue, they agreed to give us access to the room and the next day someone passes by so we can pay them by cash.

The wall is kind of thin,you can hear everything thats going on out there especially people who blow dry their hair at midnight

The location is very convenient, just a short walk away from the central station, if you are getting to Vienna by train this would be the perfect place for you. The self check in and combination system works pretty well, no need to carry a key card or actual key anymore.The space shuttle bed is spacious enough to give you enough comfort and privacy.

There is no furniture in the room to sit on your shoes, etc. At least one chair would be nice.

The privacy in our rooms… We could open the doors of our beds and chat, or we could keep them closed and be on our own. I loved the light that dimmed There were plenty of bathrooms and showers on the first floor, and the common room was amazingly comfortable.

The cleaning staff in the morning was a bit loud , I know they had to prepare rooms and other beds for next guests , but they can do it little bit silent ( I'm not talking about equipment noise , vacuum cleaner etc. , they were talking or communicating with each other by shouting) , but otherwise they were friendly

the whole process of check_in is electronic and there might be no one to help you do it when you arrive there.

It has a magnificent location near subway, clean area, a really nice kitchen that allows you to cook anything by yourself. the price is fare enough.

There isn't much light for the room in general, so it's kind of dark if you want to repact your luggage or anything like that. And there is nothing to sit on…. That's a bit frustrating at times because sometimes the bed just doesn't work out.

The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were a little short. I love being able to close the bed off, and having my own individual plug and a nightlight.The kitchen is amazing, as well as the 2 machines there to supplement meals. And having a place Right there next to the main train station, and also with a large area full of busses that go to other cities outside of Vienna, is a big plus.

There were not many products in the kitchen to use, for instance, I had to buy my own olive oil. The room itself was not very spacious, and it would be nice to have the lockers specifically for the luggage.

The location is great as it's about 50 meters from the underground connected to the train station, so in case of early flights it's the best place to stay. The system of the beds in capsules (locked from inside/outside) is actually nice. The bed was big, the bathroom was clean.

Their online check-in service are bad. It does not accept some cards even if it is VISA or MasterCard. And they don’t accept cash or card in person in here. I went their main building to pay it in person. They did not solve the online paying system problem. It’s really bad. We can not call that self check in.

the other people in the dormitory don’t care about the time. they don’t hesitate to make noise when I’m sleeping. I know the Management can’t really stop this, but, this is a serious discomfort.

There was nobody to answer the problems that people had during my stance....the sleaping cabines were noisy when somebody open them and the towel of the shower was ridiculous.

our room was full with two level beds, too many people, it was noisy all the night. could not sleep at all. you can here every sound in & out. also no proper linen for the bed. no big towel.

1) The automated online checkin/payment system and lack of in-person staff at most hours is inefficient for guests. For one, the payment system wouldn't accept my US credit card (which worked for every other hostel I stayed at on a multi-stop Europe trip), and I had to email the staff to send me a separate payment link (though fortunately, they responded quickly and courteously). In general, the digital system is extremely cumbersome (I wasted at least 30 mins of my time dealing with these payment/checkin issues), requires many steps, and seems like it just saves the hostel owners' labor costs whilst making life harder for guests. 2) The bedding facilities were a letdown in multiple subtle but highly annoying ways. First, the beds had extremely flimsy mattresses, which caused my back to hurt. Second, as other commenters have noted, the wooden sliding doors are quite loud. Third, the capsules' wooden design is easy to bump into/painful when you bump into it; this is compounded by the flimsy mattress as if you climb onto a a top bunk, your knees immediately hit the lip of the wooden frame when they sink into the flimsy mattress. Fourth, the ladders up to top bunks are positioned awkwardly (which increases the probability you bump into the wooden capsule doors/frames), and furthermore have some anti-slip tape on them that's very rough and rather painful to step your bare feet onto. Fifth, I got assigned to a bunk room on the 0th floor next to the street. There is no soundproofing capability between that room and people talking/walking around loudly outside. I was fortunate to have brought good earplugs. Others were not so lucky. Sixth, there's no separate luggage storage lockers. So you have to put everything in your bunk. If you have a top bunk, this is especially annoying.

The hostel is extremely located - it's literally right across the street from Vienna Hbf. You can actually walk from your train platform, then via the underground passageways, and emerge from an adjacent Metro exits that puts you right in front of the hostel. Facilities were also generally tidy.
