It was hot!! All we had in our room was a small fan that barely reached the top bunk. It was also a bit noisy but could have slept through the night if we had just one more fan.

It had a nice common area, and it was across the street from the bus and train station.

Every time I went into the bathroom/bedroom/main area, I had to enter a code. In the single night I stayed there, I probably entered the same code 20 times. It was frustrating. I appreciate that this is a self-service hostel, but there was absolutely no staff around and when I first arrived I needed help with the codes (I was exhausted from a 12 hour flight and the message I received wasn’t clear).

The beds were capsule-style, which meant they were very private. The hostel was clean and secure. I also very much appreciated how close it was to the main station.

The weather when we arrived was very hot, but due to the size of the room (too small) and the rough quality of the bed sheets, it made it even hotter (uncomfortable) even though we had a fan and had opened the window. We couldn't sleep well.

The rooms. The cubicles are a nice idea but they are extremely noisy, opening and closing will be heard by everyone in the room. Even sitting in the cubicle is uncomfortable as the rail gets stuck on the legs. Rooms are too hot with no a/c and there is no place to put your things (no lockers)

Area is a bit rough lots of homeless and drunks. Room was absolutely boiling with no air con and only a fan, but when you’re in pod style beds a fan is useless. Also bedding is not put on for you, normally wouldn’t mind but as my flight was delayed I arrived around 00:30 and didn’t want to disturb my roommates by fully making my upper bunk bed

I didn't like that there wasn't staff around. It made it a little odd and difficult when trying to figure out how to access and check out of the facility. It also had some drug paraphernalia outside the facility due to the area it was in.

the room was cool. Pretty futuristic. It also was clean and tidy, I liked the privacy. It also seemed pretty nicely safe adn secure for your belongings.

The showers don't have a holder for the heads, and it was very hot in the wooden beds since it was over 30°C. Apart from that everything was amazing and will be a great memory forever! I met lots of friends and it was a good hostel to chill in.

The only thing I didn't like was the beeping sound from other doorlocks in the night.

There is extremely hot in rooms. No air conditioners at all, so in night a was totally sweaty. Only one socket in a capsule bed, that’s not enough. No shelves inside the capsule bed, that’s not so comfortable

There’s no air conditioner inside the rooms and was really so hot so i couldn’t sleep normal (it’s really uncomfortable to sleep in summer)

The bed system is very interesting and I liked it, but in summer it gets very warm and it is hard to get a good night of sleep if you suffer the heat.

Common areas are clean and well equipped. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean and are in good numbers, spacious and work perfectly.

Unfortunately, it's not a good place for a long stay. I think because my room was located on a side of a building where lots of homeless/drunk people are hanging out, I didn't have a good sleep due to the yelling and music playing up until 3am.

I like that the hostel is located very close to the Central Station. The shops and stops are near. The hostel is equipped with nice dining tables, kitchen and even resting zone with games.

The beds felt like prisons. There are no lockers, everything has to be locked inside the bed. There is also not a lot of space to place luggage if one chooses not to lock it. My besheet was too small for my bed. Further there was no aircon, only a small ventilator on ground level that did little to the extreme heat in the room. As mentioned the beds can be locked, meaning they can be closed off which makes the space feel very thight.

The kitchen was well equipped. Common spaces were clean. Price is okay, location is right next to the main station which is convenient but also attracts weird people outside the hostel.

Good location, the place feels secured with all the door locks that can only be opened with passcode. The bathrooms are clean.

1. **Confusing Self-Check-In System:** The self-check-in system is not well understood, even by the staff. Despite receiving instructions via message beforehand, many guests found the process chaotic. On the day we checked in, at least 7 other guests were also confused and asked for assistance. This system needs to be rethought. 2. **Uncomfortable Mattress:** The mattress in our private room was extremely uncomfortable. 3. **Limited Outlets:** There were not many outlets available to charge devices, which was inconvenient. 4. **No Air Conditioning:** The room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable in warm weather. 5. **Poorly Equipped Kitchen:** The kitchen lacked essential cooking utensils and was poorly equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals.

1. **Excellent Location:** The accommodation is just steps away from Vienna Central Station and next to supermarkets, making it incredibly convenient. 2. **Super Friendly Staff:** The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 3. **Kitchen Facilities:** There is a kitchen available for guests to use, adding convenience for meal preparation.
