they should provide much better pillows instead of giving us small cushions and also proper bath towels instead of giving us face cloth to dry the body. for those reasons the price could be a little lower than I paid.

The bed itself is very safe and the location of the hostel is ideal for travelers. A 5 minute walk to the train station with a nice little grocery store next to the hostel. I think that the privacy and safety of the hostel bed is what sold me.

But don't expect you will sleep well there. You can hear literally every sound and see every light. And since other travellers stayed there because they needed to catch an early train as well, the noises starting really early. The cage is rather small, the mattress is too soft.

Could be an option for one night if you need to catch a train early in the morning - the hostel is 5 min from the main train station. Good common area with a well equipped kitchen. Self check in worked well for me, but it's always somebody who was staying outside and having difficulties to get the system.

The staff is quite impatient. When I tried to ask something, she just ignored me for one time and at the second time, she said "Everything is in your email, just check it." impatiently.

The online check in system worked with glitches for me, so I had trouble checking in, and then finding my codes for the locks.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful - I had problems first with the lock system, then with the lights in the shower, and both times different cleaning ladies who saw me struggling just came over and helped me (without me asking). The sleeping pods were nice and comfy, I had a good night sleep there.

only shared bathroom option was available. also there was no hand soap in the showers. there was a vending machine in the kitchen which I planned to use, but it only takes cash. such a disappointment in the 21-st century.

I wish the walls were soundproof since it can be pretty loud outside, even late at night and early morning. Also the sliding bed doors can be loud depending from case to case. In my experience it’s impossible to sleep in this place without eye mask (there are no blinds/curtains) and earplugs (sometimes they’re not even enough). To improve the room cleanliness it would be great if the trashcans were emptied daily. Lastly, a great improvement would be to have shelves inside the bed space. Bonus: please attach hostel etiquette flyers around the rooms since many seem to be ignorant of it and the staff is never around to enforce it. It’s not acceptable to have noise until past midnight and then again starting from 5 AM 🥲

It was too cold in the room in December and we didn't see any controller in the room so that we could turn on or up the heating.

The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. They felt like a coffin. The rooms were not soundproof at all and any tiny noise in the lobby could be heard. There were only 2 showers and 2 toilets for the whole floor (20-25 people on the floor). There was no staff to explain anything or ask in case of need. Based on the price, this was not worth the cost. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is good, it is close to the main station. The security is good, codes are needed to access all areas. The kitchen facilities seemed adequate. They provided towels.
