There wasn’t any proper air conditioning, especially considering the beds are technically a closed box! We found it extremely hot and dificult to sleep. Also there was very little information provided about check in. It was all online and there were codes required to enter the hostel, room and your bed, which can be very confusing, with no staff on hand to answer any questions.

It is very clean and modern, and the facilities were great, the showers and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area was very nice.

There was no staff at all and we had and incident the last night: there was a power blackout the last night and it took 2h to someone from the hostal to come to solve it, the people were doing a lot of noise and it was from 22:30 till 00:30, after that we couldn’t sleep because all the people were outside their room till they could enter with a new code.

Complicated check-in due to the necessary detailed registration in the accommodation provider's app. The bed was not made. The towel smelled a bit.

Good location next to train station and metro station. The bed is completely lockable like a wardrobe with a lock (not when you are inside, but you can close the door from the bed).

For me, the sleeping cubicles are a bit claustophic. You can "shut" the wooden door, but it's not my favorite choice (I prefer curtains.) They are kinda dark inside, so, "be careful" that you don't leave anything inside when you leave! The room itself is a bit small, if everyone has suitcases.

Very very very close to the main train station (hauptbahnhof). The cubicles are workable -- lights, but no plugs inside. Comfy for sleep. Bathrooms & showers are clean. The kitchen space & eating /hanging out space, very very comfy. Thumbs up to the staff on-hand, they were helpful about my bed choice!!! Location is easy enough to walk downtown. I've stayed there before, so I knew what to expect. Luggage storage before & after, but I don't recall seeing any lockers in the room itself -- I guess you could "sleep" with it in your cubicle!

There are no staff in this hostel. It is a self-service hostel, which means you get codes and do check-in and check-out all on your phone. I think partly because of this the atmosphere is really dead, no one talks to each other, and no communal feeling.

The hostel is very secure, with every bed having its individual lock. The hostel is also very clean, andthe shower rooms are spacious. The location is perfect for anyone arriving or leaving by train from the main station.

My room was totally outside the actual hostel area so for toilets or showers I had to still enter the door code and get inside. Would appreciate if people didn't sleep naked in my room but well, hostel.

Super easy check in without meeting anyone, very close to the train, bus stations and also underground. Walkable to the city center. The room was alright, lockable beds so you can leave anything inside.

VERY hot at night with the fully enclosed beds. The bed is the locker, a little awkward sleeping with bags in bed, though others felt fine leaving their luggage out in the room. Location is extremely noisy all night long, though the hostel itself was quiet. Codes a bit confusing.

Outside of the hostel seems a little bit dangerous at night. You should keep the doors closed as told you.

Location is great. Just a few steps from Vienna Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof). Toilets and showers are very clean. Rooms and bunks are secured with electronic locks. Loved it.

The mattress is too soft and squeaks (maybe it's the mattress cover that squeaks) when you move. The room door can't be opened or closed without the "bang" sound. The bed looks like a box (but the upper bunker doesn't have a sailing), reminds me of a bed in a night train, except you can only put your things on your bed, as there's no hook or rack inside. There's no trash bin or soap tray in the bathroom. I didn't sleep well even though I had my earphone on,

The entrance just outside the hostel leads both to the main train station (there are trains from the airport even around midnight) and subway, a supermarket Billa is right next door. You can use the WIFI and the kitchen/living room area before check-in or after check-out. Everything looks very clean.

Issue with no ironing service - which I needed. I was told on the phone there was but when I arrived this was not the case. This was only available at their second location. I think this was an honest mistake, and the guy there was really helpful in finding a solution.
