I liked that it was cheap, easy to understand, close to the city, had wifi and charging facilities

The shower head in the bathroom cannot be fixed on the wall, making it inconvenient to take a shower. The bed itself is the locker, there is no separate locker in the room. There are no ordinary pillows, just the square pillows, which are not very comfortable to sleep on.

The door of wooden cabin is quite heavy and will make noise when open and close.

I needed a little help with the self-check in as it didn’t work initially but staff were very helpful over the phone. Bed sheets and pillow were a tad basic.

The walls were pretty thin and it was uncomfortable because of the noise. The groundfloor rooms have no light basically.

Rooms with windows need blinds. It was very bright at night due to a street light next to the window.

Half the showers and bathrooms were closed (at least, for men), which was a serious problem. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. Next to the train and metro station. If you couple that with a 24hr or more pass, you can move through the entire city really fast.

Probably the check out can be a little bit later than 11AM, not a major thing really.

The check in process was very smooth and the application they have for it is great. I only stayed one night and this was the perfect spot to crash and spend the night. In the room you have locks closing the beds so you are as private as it get! Really good option.

The room temperature was cold. Doors are not sound-proof so you can hear all the noise of the hostel.

- a poorly grounded socket by one of the beds causes the duvet to spark - a bit confusing online check-in (website crashed several times, payment problems) - a little missing storage space (chair, small cabinet or something like that)

+ ideal for a short stay (one or max. two days) + near from Wien Hauptbahnhof + clean room, shared toilets and showers + cleverly arranged beds (with own light and socket) + quite acceptable price

-No lockers, you can lock your stuff in your bed bunk but you have to put your backpack/suitcase on your bed, not hygienic at all. I had a backpack but imagine for someone who rolls its case in the streets, you instantly get your bed dirty.
