TaiwanMy room (for 4 beds) was quite small and I believed I would need an extra locker instead of putting my stuff all in my bed box. I slept in the upper bed and had to share a ladder with another roomate, which made it inconvenient to get in because the ladder was at the corner where the two beds came together. Also the bed box was small and it was hard to make my bed. Another thing that you may want to know is you have to pay online only. If your credit card company requires to send you a confirmation number at your phone number before you pay, it might cause problems when your number does not work abroad. It was what happened to me and I have to ask my family at home to pay for me.
Everything was perfect. It was tidy and clean. The hot water in the bathroom was steady. It was near the Vienna Central Train Station. There was a supermarket just right next to it.

United KingdomPillows are so small and thin it's like sleeping on paper and the rooms get so hot with just a small portable fan that only covers one corner of the room. Barely any staff on the premises, saw people who couldn't get in their rooms have to sleep in the common area because they couldn't check-in online

GermanySince our stay was almost Summer, the room was very warm so we needed to open or half open the windows. The small electric fan that was provided in the room was not enough. But generally, it was still a nice place to stay and the value for the money was worth it.

GermanyI arrived just before midnight, there was no staff, I had no internet access, and until I figured out how to connect to the wifi, open my emails, and read the instructions on how to get the code for the check in, I was stuck outside for 40 minutes; if it hadn't been for one of the other guests who helped me, I would have been stuck for much longer. Perhaps you should provide simple and clear instructions right at the door.

United KingdomOn paper your own self contained pod in a hostel sounds heavenly but the sliding door system was just a noisy nightmare. I had to be up at 4am for my flight and another guest didn't arrive till gone 10pm. They failed to understand how the pod worked so for 30 to 40 mins 'CLANG CLANG BOOF CLICK CLICK CLICK BEEP BEEP SWOOSH BANG CLANG CLANG CLANG BOOF' I almost certainly would of slept through my alarm if the room hadn't been the temperature of the sun.

Beds are really strange and there is no other place for your clothes.. no option to hang it. And someone took the food we brought for breakfast. People, what's wrong with you, it was labled!

EgyptThere was no flexibility for early check-in, there are no one in the reception for 3 days to open the luggage room. No cash payment. Automated check-in process. No Sugar in the kitchen. Room is too small, no curtains to cover the window. The beds are near ground, I have arthritis so it was really painful to sit ln the bed and there no chair inside.

PolandRoom was very small and very warm. There was a fan connected on the floor however it did not help at all and we had to sleep with open window. The hostel self checking was a nightmare, the page was only in German and it took around 30min for a German guest to help me to register once I arrived on Sunday and there was nobody to help from staff that sometimes is around.
It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The facilities were new and always clean
