The bathroom was super small and the room locker did have lock so you should have brought with yourself

Key card kept not working and had to get replaced/reset twice. No socket near bed. No shower head holder. Lockers only work if you have a big lock, my small lock couldn’t lock the locker properly so didn’t feel my stuff was safe.

The hotel itself is quite good, however, it is the worst place for sleeping ever... I have been hearing the whole hotel and the couple nearby... And it is noisy even at 2:30 am. Unfortunately, can't recommend simply because of this.

One morning, a cleaning lady entered in my room while I was sleeping. Next morning, I attached the sign "do not disturb", nobody came inside, so I guess u have to attach that sign for cleaning staff not to come in 😅

No Sockets by the bed, no showerhead holder (?!?), sadly no lift and the luggage storage room was convenient though mouldy and you'd had to bring your own lock (?!?). Be aware: No AC. We moved the beds together in a twin room; turns out: no cleaning under the bed.

The hostel had a lot of characters, the communal spaces looked nice and inviting, the kitchen was clean. The twin bedrooms were spaced out well, with enough room even to manage luggage. There's a fan for hot summer days in the room. The luggage storage was convenient and could be entered with extra key card. Staff was very friendly. Location was super convenient, walking distance to Westbahnhof station with supermarkets etc, and transportation to every corner of Vienna incl. Main station (20mins) + walking distance (30mins) to Schönbrunn palace.

In dorm room, there were joint sockets, each bed didn't have its own power socket. Soap for washing hands in toilet ran out, and wasn't refilled. In peak summers, it gets a bit warm in the room, so need to do more than just working with two small fans.

Good quality hostel, nice kitchen and dining area. Overall, has a good vibe. Sheets and towel provided. Attached toilet with room (for dorm room). Luggage room for free if you want to store luggage for a limited time after check out. Amazing!

Lack of AC in the summer is an issue, and there were no plugs close to the bed, so I had to charge my devices a bit far away from where it would have been preferable. Nothing much else.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and let me keep my bags in the free luggage storage after checkout for a while. The room was quite nice, the shower and toilets were clean and working well. The location is good, mostly insulated from outside noise.

The washroom was very very small. Although it was very clean. And the weather was very hot and there was no celling fan.

The staffs were very nice and they offer a free welcome drink voucher.

I had an awful experience at this hostel. After checking out, I left my backpack in the luggage room, as my friends also did. However, when I returned a couple of hours later, my red backpack was gone, while my two friends' backpacks were still there! To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful when I reported the theft. They were dismissive and showed no concern for my situation. Although there was a disclaimer in the luggage room stating that the hostel doesn't take responsibility for lost items, this in no way justified their rude and indifferent attitude. They didn’t offer any real support or acknowledge the security failure. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bathroom was smaller than we expected. The breakfast was not bad, but there was really small choice of eat. We were not able to choose the cheese or ham that we wanted, we got some on the plate. There was no choice of vegetable.

The accommodation was clean a comfortable. There was everything what we needed in the room.

The ventilation is almost non-existent, and whilst being able to open the windows, it didn't help since the beds were not comfortable and very loud. The bathroom was very dirty and isn't cleaned properly. The power sockets are very far from beds are all placed in a same spot.

The hostel is right next to the Westbahnhof and nearby metro line U3. The room was spacious and had good lockers (which require your own lock). There is free baggage storage.

being a Hostel, it was a bit noisy at times due to guests (not the traffic noise, which could have been expected being so close to the rail station)

There was no aircon and the fan that was provided wasn't enough. There weren't enough socekts for 4 people in 1 room. The room was smaller than we thought it would be. The other gusuts were very loud.

The location is great. The outside garden and seating was very nice and we enjoyed having our breakfest there. The wifi was very good in the room
