There is nothing bad I could say about the hostel, except that it should install aircon. I was just unlucky to stay in Vienna during a heatwave and I could barely sleep due to the heat and also due to the other guests in the room (but that is to be expected in a hostel).

Everything was fine, the room and bathroom was clean and the staff was really nice. The whole check-in and check-out process was very simple. I was staying there alone but I can definitely recommend it for groups.

A bigger list of minor things to improve which didn't detract too much overall: My standard small lock fit some but not all lockers. Wifi seemed to block certain apps. The kitchen cooking pans were scratched Teflon, unsuitable for cooking. Better to have cast iron or stainless. There was no hook for the shower head. I had to make the top bunk bed, which is a bit tricky with someone downstairs. It would be good if roommates are screened, some were beautiful and thoughtful, others terrible. One staff member had to be prodded a bit for help.

Really Clean! Room 309 was bright and good ventilation. Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent communication and helped with luggage while waiting for next check-in. The soap smells nice. Our room had a toilet and shower. Lidl, transport, mall and parks nearby.

Rooms very warm as no AC so have to leave the window open all night Have to make your own bed and the sheets don’t actually fit on the mattress. I also got given two sheets instead of a duvet cover but tbh was that warm i just used the second sheet as a thin blanket No chargers near most of the beds

I was a bit late for check out and the woman who came to knock on my door was very rude, while the people at reception didn’t seem to mind all that much.

The Room was basic but very nice and clean.

The bathroom- when you shower, the entire bathroom floor is wet. I wish there was something to block the water from getting to other areas. Maybe a glass casing or something to block the flow from the shower to the rest of the bathroom space. It could get really slippery.

It is not very close to the center although you can definitely easily reach it by foot or public transport. For some reason they dont but the linen on the bed, you have to do that yourself and they dont give you a fitted sheet so you have to wrap a normal sheet on the plastic covering and mine was too small so i felt the plastic covering on my feet the whole night. Plus it would slip easily from the bed. The place is nice but doesn't feel like a hostel. I think it might be hard to socialize if you are solo traveling but is very nice if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The hostel is nice, has a hotel feel. The mattress are comfy, the shower is very nice, lots of privacy and space. The communal kitchen is well equipped.

Very friendly staff, a bit of a noisy street and could not open the window more than that, was also a bit warm during the night but I overall had a good stay for the price, would actually go again for short stays!

I think that there was one outlet per bed but not by the beds, they were kinda scattered around the room.

The rooms had one locker per bed that were spacious enough that almost every size bag would fit.

Inside it was alittle beat noisy. Some of the beds inside our room were unclean.

The location is good, next to public transportation, mull & resterants. Very close to the backbucker there is lundry service open 24/7
