Internet connection keep gone many times. I had to work and it did difficult.

Location was perfect, it's near to train and flixbus station. You can reach to center so fast. Staff was very helpful, they accept people nicely.

Noisy. You can hear everything from people walking down the corridor. However, during the night the place was quiet

i missed an elevator because i had a big and heavy suitcase that i had to cary up and down the stairs and it was very exhausting since also there was no one to help or to offer help even tho they saw my big heavy suitcase.

It was close to the train station and a mall and it was clean and nice and worth the price.

There's a basic room and then there's this. Plugs sockets not near the bed, no kettle (but apparently that isn't an Austrian thing) and not even a cup in the bathroom for your toothbrush. Can't open blinds for natural light as the "pub garden" was right outside my room door (access was outside), but not 100% privacy because the blinds are terrible and old. The shower will flood the bathroom floor completely. Quiet time in the garden is 10pm to 8am - there is a sign for this - but staff members were shouting and laughing right outside my door at 7am on a Sunday.

The location was great. Easy to access lots of different tram lines, both at the West main station and 2 streets behind the hotel. Friendly check-in staff, most understand English and speak very well.

They’re trying to innovate, which in itself is great, but the whole process hasn’t been worked out well enough yet. On top of that, the cleaning lady is a rude woman who doesn’t speak a word of English but will yet command you around as if you are an animal.

it’s very close to the subway and train station Westbahnhof so getting around is fairly easy from there it’s also despite being next to the train station surprisingly quiet

The location was superb, well connected to the metro and train station. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The staff was very helpful, breakfast spread was excellent. Lots of space to sit around to work or have a drink. Loved it.

It is close to the train station - restaurants - a supermarket - the design of the hostel is distinctive and has a long history-The dining hall is large - and there is everything you need - there is also a billiard table that can be used

I booked a single room with a bathroom - it was on the second floor - very clean and tidy - it has a large window overlooking the main street - the services are good and the staff is very kind

The room and the bathroom were not so big, but they were big enough to fit a person and their luggage. The staff was friendly and they would clean the room in a daily. The wifi was good, didn´t try the TV because the wifi was perfect to watch series or play games. Overall worth it.
