There was some pre-chewed gum stuck to the headboard of my bed when I arrived. Staff really should have seen it. Mice in the kitchen and according to some in the dorms as well. Some very loud guests outside at night and no staff to address it.

Bathroom was clean. Staff was very friendly. Free drink was included. Lockers everywhere for your luggage. Location is awesome, price is very good for Vienna.

the rooms were very small and crowded (tho it had spacious lockers), and the bathroom had a slight plumbing issue that cuased some small flooding, and THE SCREECHIEST DOOR HINGE EVER so it was hard to sleep while being woken up by it all the time, especially if your bed was right next to the bathroom.

not that central, but close to a big bus and train station. Big and FULL kitchen and eating area, more than enough fridge space to keep your food. Super close to a LIDL.

It was not really squeaky clean, but it was not dirty either. Somewhere in between, but it would have been better if a little more attention had been paid to this aspect. The rooms are quite small, not a problem for us since we did not stay too much at the hotel, but we think it is worth mentioning since it could be important for somebody else. The hallway was pretty loud during the evenings, the first night we woke up a few times due to the noise.

The accomodation was very close to a subway and train station (around 4 minutes walk) The staff was ok Very easy to complete the form online so you do not waste any more time at check in.

-No shower-head holder and no place to hang the soap/shamp. -Toilet seat very close to the wall, not really comfortable. -2 of the beds (bunk) were right next to the toilet :/ -2nd floor, no elevator.

The room is great, the touch of having a storage room was brilliant, the staffs are gorgeous, the bar is little but good.

There were no individual power sockets for each bed. Beds were making creaky sounds probably due to the spring beds but not wooden or iron.

Very spacious property with lots of seating areas, cafes, play room etc. Luggage room was available before Check-In which is very helpful. Location was also relatively fine but a bit of walking is required from the nearby Train station
