We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was very basic and it started a bit late 7:30 (traveling with a baby, iykyk). They charge 100€ for cleaning at the end of the trip and 1€ for each coffee capsule in the room. First time to see this at a property. This money should be included in the full price. And no daily cleaning offered. Good thing we only stayed 4 nights.

Our stay at Hotel Dorfstadl was simply perfect. The location is incredible, the staff is very kind, and always ready to help. The common spaces are beautiful, showcasing a classic Austrian-Tirolean style. The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and offered a beautiful view. It was cleaned and tidied every day by the staff. The breakfast also deserves a mention, as it was very diverse—a great mixture of traditional Austrian dishes with an international-Mediterranean vibe. We can’t wait to come back again.

I thought there would be a fireplace. I think the photo maybe just had it on TV but was only disappointed because I love fireplace. Hours could be longer for sauna. Each night we did apres ski in Ischgl but then missed evening sauna which was closed by 8. Not very soundproofed so children screams in pool could be heard while trying to have an oasis. Better soundproofing or adults only hours could help with that issue
Plenty of space. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. (I liked the cappuccino maker and chocolate croissants, scrambled eggs, muesli, six jams, Lachs etc. I didn't get to see how close to ski lift but definitely easy walk to bus. Built on a mountain so be ready for changing levels but the indoor connection hallway keeps you out of elements as you go through the property.

The kitchen did not seem to be fully in sync with the overall excellence of the hotel. This applies also to the very limited vegetarian options.
The warmth of the whole establishment and the competent friendliness of the staff. Also big, comfy room, and public spaces.

The four of us found the temperature of the unit to be slightly warmer than we are used to in the states. That being said we had the opportunity to open windows and doors when needed.
This property was exceptional! We were two couples that stayed in one of the two br units. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the daily breakfast tremendously and found the staff extremely accommodating. We would love to come back! Thank you for the fantastic stay!

The restaurant was closed during our stay in The summer which we would have liked to use as we came in late The first night and nothing else in town was open.

Thank you! Us two couples had a charming stay from start to end. Easy parking, the ski room, really friendly and helpful staff, delightful little restaurant, the beautiful bar room, great spa wellness area, magnificent breakfast, nearby free ski shuttle to Ischgl, nearby ski rental.

The value for money it’s not great. for instance end cleaning fee of 100 euro on top of the price was too much and a surprise. We stayed 3 days. The daily cleaning was unsatisfactory. They basically only made the beds and were in the apartment for maximum five minutes. Kitchen was not cleaned and they didn’t touch anything apart the bed.
The size of the room was great.
