We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe room was very hot. I stayed in March and it was over 25 degreee. Opening a window did not help. The cleaning needs more attention. Finger prints on doors and desk. And it waa very dusty.
The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. There was a fridge. Nice view. A bakery, some shops + subway around the corner. Due to the curtains and sunscreen outside it was nice and dark in the room.

RomaniaThe location might be a bit too far from the city center, for some people taste. The metro trains (U-Bahn) are amazing and come every 15-20 minutes with 2.40 euros per trip to the center. There are 16 stations to Rathaus which would take around 30 minutes to complete... If you want to walk to the center, that might not be possible as it might take 3 hours. Also parking is not included, but there's a really nice parking station about 2-3 minutes away, with 4.50 euros per day
The room was nice and cozy, and the staff was really polite and always ready to help. The hotel is really clean and located in a very nice residential area with plenty shops and bakeries around. The room was warm, clean and had all the specified amenities included.

United Arab Emiratesthere is no phone in the room to call the reception in case you have a question or you need anything, you need to go down. the only light you get is the colorful one and at the entrance there is a normal one, on the ceiling in the room there is no light, only the sprinkles, which in my personal opinion is not convenient. The mattress of the bed is very soft, I ended up with a huge back pain both me and my husband. And the biggest inconvenience is the parking. They do have their own parking but they charge you 25€ per day to use it which I feel is over, keeping in mind that already the room price is quite expensive for what they offer. I have been traveling all over and never have I experienced charged for the parking if it was available in the hotel itself.
Rooms are spacious as well as the washrooms, modern style. Mini bar is free and you get 2 waters and one soft drink and one apple drink I think. We didn’t use them.

HungaryThe light switches were extremely confusing and the lights so dim that we had a hard time seeing. several lamps had flickers and were unusable. The dishes in the kitchen were sticky and we had to re-wash everything before using it. There was no drying rack for the dishes so it made a huge mess when washing up. The thermostat was incomprehensible. We couldn’t figure it out. The metal blinds are great, but we’re very noisy in the wind. The bed was so soft that it felt like I was falling into a hole in the bed and it killed my back. Overall, I’m not sure if I would come back.
The location was nice, especially with the views from the high floors. It feels modern. Having the U-Bahn, bakery, and Hofer so close was amazing.

NorwayThe TV was completely useless as the screen mirroring option didn’t work. We contacted reception twice and no one even tried to fix the problem or give us a room with a functioning TV. We don’t speak German so watching normal TV didn’t work for us. Staff was overall uninterested in assisting with whatever there was, especially on the first day where we received bad attitude for asking where the bathroom in the reception is. Experiencing that on the first day made us feel welcomed.
Nice, modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. A few drinks in the minibar for free which was a nice welcome surprise. Location was perfect as everyone else here describes!

Good value hotel, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient even if the city center is 20 minutes away, but the Ubahn ( metro ) is working on sharp schedule. The staff was friendly and helpful!

AustriaThe staff was very annoyed when I called ahead to inquire about parking. They have a 25€/night garage or recommend other paid options, despite free parking on weekends in the area. The person on the phone told me he "works at a hotel and not on the street" when I asked about it.
