Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

1. Hallway on 15th floor very dirty, seriously cleaners can’t see that? 2. Breakfast was very expensive. 3. Location is far away. 4. We asked for iron 3x and didn’t get it.

The cleaning must be done a little bit better(dust everywhere, bathroom not so hygienic, soap bottles and napkins almost empty).
Modern pretty nice area wih a lake in front of the location and a little beach area. Great for bicycling around. underground and bus station right in front of the building. markets and also restaurants very close. Welcome minibar from the house.

Breakfast didnt refill well. Furniture had some wear. Aircon worked but was difficult to adjust.
Delicious breakfast. Comfy beds. Many charging options (USB, sockets). Free Mini bar. Nice location, albeit far from city centre.

The room was not as clean as I would expect - there is a black wall with lights behind the bed and every little dust is very visible. The bathroom could be cleaner as well (mirror, bateries). There was some used towel in the wadrobe. We had enough clean towels prepared for us, but this was not a nice surprise.
Nice and modern hotel next to the metro station.

Very good location, by the train station, easy access to city center, pet friendly, we could find a parking spot close by easily, supermarket very close. Very clean and everything was new,, the staff was very helpfull.

There is no designated stopping place for guest during unpacking and regisrtration. The hotel's parking is too expensive.
The breakfast is excellent.A particulary wide selection of everything,but a bit expensive.

Too soft pillows and very narrow duvets. Stuff was not very friendly, but they did their job.
The hotel is located just at the subway station, so easily accessible from the city center - but it's at least 20 min ride. The room was large and clean, although the light in the room was not sufficient. The cleaning is only on request, which works great for me - I don't need daily cleaning. Also check-out during the weekend is late.

Breakfast was basic, you had to ask for room cleaning, bed wasn't as comfortable as advertised, certain noise from the metro could be heard.
Nice, hi rise building, spacious room, easy to reach through U2 metro line.

We had some problems with the AC system since it turned on automatically when it wasn't needed, but it didn't give us too much trouble.
The location, the proximity to the public transport system and the accessibility of the place.

So just an overnight stop for us before going on holiday so decided to go for a suite and parking at the hotel and breakfast. So our suite was up on the 22nd floor and a speedy lift to get up there no problem, the suite was modern in design and presentation and clean, the bathroom had a couple of issues however all the soap dispensers were empty no big issue we always have our own, the bigger problem was the vanity light that seemed to missing its cover exposing the LED lights and the open wiring which in a wet room is a serious issue, luckily we did not need the light so no problem, on departure I did mention the issues and was very quickly offered some compensation which we turned down as in honesty it had had no impact on us. The other point to raise if you like a shower that blasts out the water in preparation for a new day you are in for a disappointment and the AC did not seem to want to play either but the opening of a window solved the problem. The staff were excellent young and knowledgeable and deliver a top level service across the board, the breakfast was excellent and the later 12 o clock check out very welcome. Also being at the end of the U2 underground line getting into the city was very easy. You do get a free minibar on the first night do not get too excited it quite limited to some soft drinks and a beer. Parking at the Hotel is expensive but the will give you details of another car park close by that is considerably cheaper All round has it faults most new places do, but nothing that would stop me going back

Unfortunately the cleanliness in the rooms was quite lacking.
Nice location and great rooms with nice views. The room had all the needed necessities. For us the bonus was, that they welcomed dogs for free! The staff was super welcoming and helpfull!

-I was not too fond of the breakfast as a part of my stay. It was ordinary, which has immense potential for improvement. -The biggest negative point is related to the hotel's location, but being close to the metro station makes it okay.
+The best part of this hotel was the friendly behavior of its staff. After check-in, I wanted to change my room to another with a van in its Bath 🛁 and they easily did so. +The other great point was its free minibar. +There was an item in the lobby in which you could grab fruit, tasty water, and sweets and go. +The view of my room was spectacular +The room service was on demand which means if you want it you should tell them in advance. I like it anyway. +Easy check-in, easy check-out
