no cleaning service, stuck in the elevator for a time, the reception is not always there so if something happens you are on your own. no cable phones that you can call for anything, for a towel you have to go down 17 floors and get it.

Looks remote on the map but has a subway-station right around the corner. So no car is needed. The view is breathtaking (my room was on the 13th floor).

The accomodation was great, you have the metro right at the exit from the hotel, but there is no noise to bother you. The view is beautiful, there is a cafe right at the ground floor, and 2-3 restaurants at a 2 min walking distance + supermarket. The hotel is new, clean, confortable, friendly staff.You can easily reach any destination. Cool design, deffinitely recommend.

Not clean at all. Kettle and slippers were not provided. Some of the members of the staff were not friendly at all.

The cleanliness was awful. They were changing the towels only, the floor was dirty and it was not cleaned during our stay. The dishes were dirty as well.

The staff gave us an apartment instead of room. It was very spacious and modern with an amazing view. The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to the metro station. There is a bakery in the hotel where you can have a breakfast.

It was a surprise that in 4* hotel there was no kettle in the room or other coffee/tea facility free of charge, neither there was a hair dryer. The hotel doesn’t have 24h receptionist or any staff available. We had our flight on the 2nd of Jan at 6am, so we had to leave the hotel at 3.30am and the only way you can enter the hotel (main door) is by touching the card by the entrance. In case you ever forget your card, there is no way to get in until when receptionist gets in for the morning shift. To me this is a more of a hostel level, not a 4* hotel.

Very comfortable beds & pillows, quality lightening and shower facilities, has automatic blinders, heating & air con which is pretty amazing.

The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. We had breakfast there (19.9 euro/day) and it was delicious and had a variety of elements for all tastes. The location is in a new neighbourhood as all the buildings nearby seemed to be recently made. The personel was very kind, prompt and smiling all the time. I highly recommend this location. The parking at the hotel is 25 euros/night but there is also a nearby undeground parking which is 4.5 euro/night and I would suggest to go there even if you have baggages because it's very close to the hotel.

There is no instruction how to handle the lights, the heating and the shutters. The bathroom was poorly equipped.

The hotel is really next to the U-bahn, the neighbourhood (Seestadt) is a newly built part of Vienna. The room and the whole hotel is clean and seems newly built.

some minor negative points to give a fair review : - a bit far from the old town but the hotel is immediately next to the metro line - underground parking is expensive (25 EUR) although the staff mentioned there is alternative parking (outside?) much cheaper - breakfast is also expensive (20 EUR) - access and way to underground parking is tight, watch out ! Although it is just one way in or out, it is still very narrow. We could pass with SUV but not without stress - no coffee/tea making facility in the room which was surprising

overall and despite the negative points listed further, we enjoyed our stay and the high quality of the hotel - modern building in a newly built suburb area - lobby is big and feels comfy - bedroom is spacious, nicely decorated and has great vibes - large windows to see the city / surroundings - large bathroom - king size bed with soft linen

Staff at reception was not very confident about different questions (where is options for parking - we managed to find it ourselves ) People who have made this hotel were high professionals, but management model wishes to be better. Communication and management systems need improvement - we have booked double rooms , but towels were for single use. Hotel was out of big shower towels at our arrival ! Front desk was not ready to deliver them to our rooms, saying, that they have too many things to do:). Front desk working hours can make a stay a bit confusing in case of some extra situations paper (14:00 - 22/23:00) Please note, if something happens in the night or in the morning, there can be a problems to reach fast assistance. Cleaness can be better - especially in the bathroom. Also a pillows were full of dust.

Modern hotel with new technologies, bed was AMAZING!!! Superb size, softness and quality. Best sleep experience! Quiet area, what delivers very good rest. Room very good in size and quality of air as sealing is high. Location far from centre, but train station is just next to hotel - 20 min to the city centre! If You do not consider reaching by car, very good option. Breakfast is fine and staff there was very kind and helpful.
