After booking the room, I tried contacting the hotel to inform them that I will we will arrive at 7:00 am in the morning but I couldn’t and no one was responding. We know that the check-in is at 3:00 pm but I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to check-in earlier. My family and I arrived at 7:00 AM and asked them to check in earlier and they said that they will try their best. We kept waiting till 3:20 pm in the reception sleeping on their couch. They didn’t even care. The bed sheets seem old and the room is dark. Location is very far from the center. Around 35 minutes by train. I don’t know why people are saying that it has a nice location. There are many constructions over as well.

Fresh, well made hotel (one of biggest wooden buildings in Europe). Location is not centric, but metro station is right in front of hotel entrance, so you can reach whatever you want in city center in max 30 mins. Nice panorama views from windows.

The rooms were not cleaned at all when we checked in. We stayed 4 nights and the towels were not changed, nobody cleaned the room. We remained without toilet paper as well. :) The room was at 18th floor and we had 28 C degrees in the room (those days was sunny) and the cooling was not working. The parking and breakfast are too expensive!

Poorly cleaned rooms. I found long hear all over the room and in closet. Dust in the room was not clean for a long period. In a hotel ranked 4* I aspect that room will be equipped with slippers, bathrobe and phone to call reception. Also sauna was not included in not so cheap room price and was available for extra payment ( 25€ )☹ Rooms are not cleaned daily and towels are not changed daily. Parking in hotel garage is 25€ per day 😖.

The sport facilities are offered and included (even as extra cost) in the options of the hotel but is not true since the gym belongs to a different entity and there’s no special price for the hotel guests nor willing to facilite it, at the contrary. Price for 1 day 25€ and 10 days 200€ so please remove from your offer the sport/fitness area.

The room was very dirty and when asked for room service i was told that in 10 minutes someone would come but never came, there were toothpaste spit everywhere and piss stains on the toilet and the faucet in the bathroom sink looked like it hadnt been cleaned since it was installed, the breakfest was not that great but not bad at all, there were two staff members on the front desk that made us feel unwelcome and very uncomfterable.

25€ X day for access the gym with no invoices no areas for meeting available reception not available until 8 am BOOKING even if I'm a genius III I paid 50x2 euros for the transfer to the airport while my colleagues received the service for free (it's not the first time I had worst price offers in comparison to my colleagues which has no subscriptions in booking )

It would be nice to have two key cards for rooms because you need your card for elevator and if you leave the room with card you leave your friend without electricity.

I loved everything! It was truly wonderful stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional, rooms are spacious and stylish (especially wonderful was the huge bed and led lights!). There’s a parking for cars and subway station 🚉 is just 2 minutes away with direct connection to the city center which is extremely convenient if you also like us didn’t want to spend time looking for parking spots in the city center. Highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms where not functional at all, all very modern but then the TV doesn't go up higher than a volume 6, the curtins are all ripped, and the staff is not very friendly could be more attentive and comunicativ

The mattress was extremely soft to the point it felt like it had a hole in it. There was no cooling in the room, it was extremely hot! In winter... We had to leave the room earlier than we would have liked because of how hot it was (28 degrees Celsius). The staff member in the lobby was rude to us when we mentioned this and didn't do anything to help.
