LED light doesn't work, but honestly, we didn't need them.

Parking on site was a bit too pricy. But having said that, there is an alternative public parking nearby that was cheaper

Modern hotel with new technologies, the room was very clean with super soft and comfortable bed. The hotel it's right next to the subway that goes to the city center. The staff is friendly and very helpful in everything we asked of them.

Worst choice!! We went to the hotel for check-in at 15:00. After we received our access cards for our room we went to 13th floor to take the room. When we arrived in front of the door the cards were not working. We went back to the reception and we received another set of cards, we went back to the room, cards still not worked. Go again to the reception, they say the door has a problem and someone came with us to open it. When the door was unlocked the room was not ready for check-in, it was not clean. The guy who was with us told us to go back to reception to receive another room. We told him that we hope is the last time we go to reception, and then he got angry and start yelling at us that he is the boss and we have to go back home and will not receive another room. At 16:00 we received our money back, without a hotel in a very booked period, we had to go back home and our vacation was ruined. For a 6h drive and a planned holiday this hotel is not a good and safe option. If you want to say what bothers you, you are sent home.

the stuff is friendly,and the room is amazing. you can see that it’s a new building. The hotel is right next to the subway station. Honestly,one of the best hotels in wich i’ve stayed. The bed is super comfortable(it’s all what you need after a long day).

Everything! The hotel is new, the fascilities are super modern, comfortable bed, a tube in every bathroom, the shower is really good, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was amazing.

The TV is not a “real” smart TV, you need to use screen sharing to watch netflix etc.

Everything was super. New hotel in new part of the city everything look so nice so futuristic but still with toutch of homefeeling. All personal in hotel is super nice. Food also taste great. Good thing is also public transport you take U2 till the end and you are in center of the city, same thing is on the way back also till the last station. All together this hotel has strong 10 from our side.

AC was not working. Room design and lighting was not good in my opinion. Parkin space was very tight & most likely you will scratch your car if you weren't extra careful.

The staff was not professional for the 4 star rated hotel. I had to complain many times to have the room clean!!! I spent 7 nights and the bed sheets were not replaced only the towels mostly up on request...
