The bed was terribly terribly uncomfortable. No soap or towels were provided - not even in the communal bathroom! The communal kitchen is tiny, ill-equiped and not really suited to cooking a meal.

The room was quite and had a sink in it.

Very dirty, the wall was full of stains (including what seemed to be blood), the desk was sticky and the floor too. It is an old facility with old and broken forniture, the desk was missing a drawer and was half broken. The courtain was disgusting. It is cheap, but has a even cheaper value. Please don't go.

The listing showed that there was a kitchen but upon arrival it became clear that we were not allowed to use the kitchen. Was a big shame. Not a hostel where Young people can easily meet.

Comfortable beds, enough space for 2 people, you have the sink inside the room so it's very comfortable in the morning and night if you want to refresh your face with water, do daily toilet. You have shared shower that are very spacious with hot water so it's perfect. Toilet is also share and very clean.

Maybe I had the worst room but it was really bad. The furniture which had been used by several generations: very old and nearly alive. The bad was so noisy that I woke up around 10 times in the night. There was no hot water in shower.

The location is pretty good. Not far from the city center and perfect place for discovering the city. The toilet was very clean.

The whole experience was just horrible. There was 1 toilet for 10 rooms and a shared bathroom for the whole floor. The conditions of this hotel is very bad, there were no supplies in the kitchen, no towels, the whole atmosphere was just really uncomfortable and unfriendly. Do not stay there if you are used to basic level of comfort and want to have a good time in Vienna.

They provide u and envelope with the magnetic key inside a locker in the door so nobody is gonna give you ANY information about the place even if theres a kitchen or not or wheres the showers for men or women etc. Then u see your room, the walls are in a poor state and the WORST there is not wind flowing so its an unacondicionetd room it should be ilegal this, i had the worst night of my life almost i had a heatattack in others hostels when its this heatwave theh provide u even a mini fan… disgusting then you go to the shared bathrooms and theres not even soap IN ANY FLOOR of the building LOL i had to stay more nights but i just stayed thi and changed to another ASAP AVOID even if u are in a budget like me

The bathroom on our floor was only for man so we had to go down to take a shower. Furthermore the toilets where dirty. The beds where hard and the slatted base fell out of the bedframe. Also the noise of the trams was really loud during the night.

We liked the location and the beds where clean. There was enough space for the two of us in the room. Checking in and out was easy. It was nice to have our own sink in the room.

I didnt see any body working there, just the cleaning lady and she didnt spoke english. I didnt have wifi the whole week, I didnt have any towel to dry myself after showering. In the girls showers I found a man once. The toilets were disgusting. On sunday not even the cleaning lady works. My experience there was really bad and I dont recommend to any body to go there.

There are several kitchens in the building, but it's not possible to cook because there are no kitchen utensils. No access to the fridge!

There was no internet connection at all. There were no towels and no tableware. Not even a cup. In the kitchen there were only a microwave oven, cooker and a kettle. It was so loud that we couldn’t fall asleep all night long. A cleaning lady rushed into our room at 10am not even listening to a permission to walk in. The beds are too small to sleep for a person higher than 160 centimeters.
