we booked a room for two which was an option on booking. When we arrived to check in, we were met by a man who told us that unfortunately there were no more rooms available, and that there was only one room left for one person (I should also add that a man with his family arrived very late, like us, and received the same answer even if he had already paid by card). In the end, we had no choice, so we took that one room, because it was already midnight. When we entered the room it was absolutely disastrous. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the bedding was terrible, and I don't even want to comment on the bathrooms. Mostly everything was very terrible. Wifi did not work for them, at least for us, even if it was stated on the website that it was available. I should also add that in the morning when we got up, it was clearly written on the door that leaving the room was until 11 a.m., but of course he came to us at 10 a.m. and said when would you be leaving, then we cheekily replied that it clearly says that leaving the room is at 11 a.m., and thus closed the door. I just want to point out that if you arrive late and have no other options, do not go to this apartment because it is very likely that you will not get a room, EVEN IF YOU RENT IT. And never pay with cards, because if it happens that they don't have rooms, I don't know how they will refund your money. Horror and disaster, I do not recommend this place at all.

I don't think my sheets were changed because there was hair and spots on it, the floor as well. The bed was creaky

I had a booked room, the staff who came after 15 minutes of waiting, knocking, trying to call the property, who didnt speek english at all (neither GERMAN, in AUSTRIA ????) told us that the pre-authorization payment didnt go thru even when you have to pay in cash, he didnt care about our confirmation number, he said the hotel is full and we had to leave. So why didnt they at least text us regarding my booking about the payment is the question. Absolutely terrible, unreliable, DO NOT BOOK

The facilities were utterly disgusting. Dirty as hell. No toilet paper, no soap, no handwipes. I would never go into that shower without shoes on. Our room didn’t look nearly like the ones on the pictures. The staff didn’t speak German NOR English. I don’t know how such places are even allowed to be online.

At least we had a bed which was clean enough to sleep in and the front door opens 24/7 if you know the pin.

Floors, surfaces and bathrooms seemed as though they had not been cleaned ever. It took over an hour for a staff member to arrive at the property to check us in, when asking If we could be compensated for having to wait for so long the man tried to kick us out, fortunately I was able to call the manager who then stopped this from happening. People were also smoking cigarettes in the lobby.

The bed was comfortable, although we did have to lift the slats back onto the frame as the mattress fell onto the floor in the middle of the night.

Hostel doesn’t have a reception, we couldn’t find a bell on the door, but a very nice guy came to open (we don’t know how he knew that we were there haha), it is very bizar place so it was also fun but we are not planning to came again :)

Dirty toilets and shower. Dirty walls Dirty floor I had feeling that guy next door is dealer or something he was coming out of his doors so often and lock them. Also he was smashing with them all the time. Somebody was screaming like crazy. So bad experience.

I do not recommend it to anyone! The rooms are dirty, the bathroom and the toilet in the corridor are dirty. The staff does not speak German and English. They knocked on the door at 8:00 in the morning to check out and then every 15 minutes after that. Wi-fi password is not posted anywhere but after I found out it does not work.
