Reservation and room payed in advance with Booking... Thereafter received 2 or 3 emails inviting me to pay again the room via bank wiring ! ! Confusing and not fair when already paid. I don't know if it's a booking error or Hotel problem. That must be solved !!

I stopped for only 1 night in my travel from austria to france. Self checkin is really uncomplicated. There were nespresso cups for a caffee in the morning (or evening). There was an honestybar where you can get a soda or beer. Those were 2 unexpected positiv touches. The bed and shower were great. The infobrochure with the map with all the qr codes very handy and clever.

I liked even the location, however, it is not within walking distance of Feldkirch attractions. As most people have at least bikes it is not so important.

Check in automation worked perfectly, and it has to as no staff is ever in sight. Modern building with modern amenities. Quiet, almost no traffic during the night.

The self-check in at the terminal is simply fantastic and enables guests to check in very late in the evening which is always a major problem in smaller hotels and motels that often have very limited reception hours and for me already reason enough to book it. The rooms were clean as well, there are vending machines should you need anything and there is also plently of parking space available right at the motel.

Great motel, clean and spacious rooms, equipped with coffee machines. A nice Mexican restaurant in the building and bakery nearby and also the river is 2 mins walk. Highly recommend.

I didn't like, that I was charged twice. First time during the reservation and second time during the self check-in process. I was forced by the system to pay again in order to get my key.

The room was spacious with a big bed and good mattress. The bathroom was of a good size with a big shower. The self check-in was easy. Don’t forget your booking number and ID. You need it for the check-in. The machine gives you the card keys.

The entrance and that you don't know where to go after check-in! Feels like you are going to end up in the kitchen, it was very crowded at that moment.

I choose a matrimonial bed, i received a double bed and i fell between beds during the night. Even the parking had only 3 cars when i came, i didn't received the matrimonial bed to avoid what i supposed that will happen. Also the beds and pillow where way too soft. One towel was dirty and also the coffe machine. I could not drink an espresso.

Very clean room, smart tv, fridge, and welcome note.

the room had a very strong cigarret smoke smell the tee was missing...in previous stays there was tee for drinking the staff didn`t want to generate an invoice in english

Restaurant takeout keeps the parking busy and noise level high - impossible to keep the windows open to reduce the heat in the room...

next to the highway, with out a/c so the traffic noice was bad. the noice kept us up all night.
